| Just thought I would drop a quick line that might be help full to other licensees. I have recently purchased a marquee from your excellent company. I initially had the idea to hire a marquee for the Christmas period so as to extend my drinking area into my garden, which can only be used in the summer. However the Gala Tent marquee offered where so cost effective and of excellent quality I bought one instead. Now I have the extra space for christenings, weddings, birthdays etc as well as Christmas. On top of that I can put on a big screen showing of the European cup in the marquee next year, which would not have been possible without it. The marquees also come with a helpful loophole in the law attached, they come with a full fire Certificate you can use them as a separate smoking shelter area! They are so easy to heat as well with a normal patio heater. Also because they are classed as a temporary structure (even though they are so well constructed you could leave them up all year) no planning permission is required. Simply I can now utilize my garden 12 months out of the year and offer a smoke free pub into the bargain! The possibilities are endless for new openings for the pub trade. Roll on the good times!

The delivery was made EXACTLY at 3.00pm. Although I wont be able to open the gazebo package until tomorrow, I can tell you that I am very pleased with your service and that of your Carriers.
As the gazebo is so well packaged and polythene shrink wrapped, I am able to store it outside overnight.
This has relieved me of having to find somewhere to store it until I can attend to it.
One other aspect, which pleased me greatly, was the fact that you only debit my credit card on despatch of the order. Many Companies debit on receipt of order! These Companies dont get my business twice!
I shall recommend your Company to others unreservedly.

I received this order today - two days after ordering and am delighted with it. I had great difficulty finding this Recumbent Bike on the net - I have wrecked two of the box standard, pedals on a bit of pipe ones which are advertised in all the Oldies magazine etc., using it every evening and this one is so robust compared to the others.
Might I suggest you contact some of the above and do some aggressive advertising - I cannot be the only old person (bad heart and bad back - so cannot do the walking suggested by the doctors) to wreck their ghastly, badly made bikes, and as yours is only a few pounds more, it is excellent value (please God I dont break it this evening!) and I am sure there is a big market for them.

I'm particularly pleased with the quality of the printing and the strength of the kit.
It's also not just the actual kit which I'm pleased with. The results coming from our exhibition sites since we've started using the kit have significantly increased and more than anything else has really delivered on the brand awareness of Venture.

As I said, the marquees are being bought on behalf of a charitable trust that is responsible for the village’s playing field, which is used to hold community and charity fundraising events. As we are a small village we don’t have a village hall, so the marquees are the closest we have to that and the money that has been raised to buy them will hopefully be seen as a good investment, as they should serve us for many years to come. Cant believe how quickly the Marquee has arrived! We will be using the Gala Tents and furniture for a jazz afternoon next weekend, dog show in September and two weddings are planned already for next year, so whatever the weather we should be able to soldier on in relative comfort!

As noted earlier I think that I may have used my Gala Tent to cover something that no other Gala Tent has covered before: a railway wagon. I work on a preserved railway where covered accommodation is at a real premium nearly all of it is taken up locomotives forcing wagon repairs into the open. The Scottish weather makes this a bit off a hit or miss affair so I began looking at temporary buildings like marquees and found out that Gala Tent offered a suitable size at reasonable price and decided to buy one and try it out.
In late November last year I received my 4m x 8m Gala Tent and immediately erected it over the wagon I wanted to work on. Due the ground conditions I got the optional ground bar set as well. Basically it was excellent myself and friend got it up in an hour and a bit having never seen one before and with just the pictures on the boxes. It then stayed up happily for two weeks. No leaks, no frame damage and it was cold, rainy and windy over those two weeks.
I have attached a picture of the wagon being pushed out so that we could take the tent down. I will be looking to expand my tent to 40ft/12m and re-erect it towards the end of February to allow restoration work to continue. The Board members of the railway were also impressed by the tent and are thinking about them for visitor and exhibition use at the railway's special events.
All in all seems to be a good product.

Please pass on my thanks to Gala crew - the replacement bulb arrived in the nick of time along with a thunderstorm followed by snow! You Gala Tents stood up to both and luckily we managed to get them both up on Friday in the dry before the thunderstorm.
Saturday was very cold but still and dry and the heaters and lights were great. Nobody could believe it was not a hired marquee and when I told them the price they were not surprised I had bought one for future parties rather than hiring. I honestly had many, many wonderful comments about the marquees.

We have found it easy to put up (even for amateurs, and even when we lost the instructions), and take down. We are particularly impressed with the strength of the metal poles, fabric and bungee straps for attaching panels are simple and strong.
