| Just thought I would drop a quick line that might be help full to other licensees. I have recently purchased a marquee from your excellent company. I initially had the idea to hire a marquee for the Christmas period so as to extend my drinking area into my garden, which can only be used in the summer. However the Gala Tent marquee offered where so cost effective and of excellent quality I bought one instead. Now I have the extra space for christenings, weddings, birthdays etc as well as Christmas. On top of that I can put on a big screen showing of the European cup in the marquee next year, which would not have been possible without it. The marquees also come with a helpful loophole in the law attached, they come with a full fire Certificate you can use them as a separate smoking shelter area! They are so easy to heat as well with a normal patio heater. Also because they are classed as a temporary structure (even though they are so well constructed you could leave them up all year) no planning permission is required. Simply I can now utilize my garden 12 months out of the year and offer a smoke free pub into the bargain! The possibilities are endless for new openings for the pub trade. Roll on the good times!

Thank you for leaving the message on my answer phone last Friday, regarding delivery of my order today, between 3.00pm and 4.00pm
The delivery was made EXACTLY at 3.00pm. Although I wont be able to open the gazebo package until tomorrow, I can tell you that I am very pleased with your service and that of your Carriers.
As the gazebo is so well packaged and polythene shrink wrapped, I am able to store it outside overnight.
This has relieved me of having to find somewhere to store it until I can attend to it.
One other aspect, which pleased me greatly, was the fact that you only debit my credit card on despatch of the order. Many Companies debit on receipt of order! These Companies dont get my business twice!
I shall recommend your Company to others unreservedly.

I see from looking at the list of Staff names as displayed on your web-Site, that you are obviously a Family Run Business.
This probably explains the Superb Level of Service I had the benefit of receiving from one of your Staff Members today.
So much so, that I felt compelled to drop you a line to express just how Thrilled I was by the way that Emma Taylor dealt with my problem this morning.
I placed my Order over the weekend "On-Line". I then followed this on by sending an E-mail, which you appeared to have picked up this morning, as I received a Notification to say that my message had been received.
With no reply, I rang your Company and spoke with a Charming and Very Professional lady called Emma Taylor.
It appeared that my Camping Chairs & Footrests were not in stock and Emma asked if she could call me back, to see what she could do?
Wow, within 6 Minutes, I had Emma return my call, ( Which I was impressed by, as I have learnt that most everyone when promising a Return Call, never keeps their promise! )
In that short space of time, she had spoken to The Manufacturer and had arranged a Direct Drop from this Manufacturer, as you didnt have my Colour in stock. She then impressed me further, as she had booked this on a 48 Hour Carriage, as Emma was aware that we were making a 4th Trip of the Season, this coming Wednesday away in our Touring Caravan. Emma appreciated that we wanted to have these chairs to take with us.
What Emma doesnt know and this will make her efforts even more remarkable, is that I was injured somewhat seriously in a Freak Car Accident in 1995 and I sustained a Broken Back and Fractured Neck, so severe were my injuries that I had to attend a Private Hospital In Surrey, to convalesce and indeed learn how to walk again.
As such, the Chairs that we currently have, I believe them to be similar to your Compact Camping/Fishing Armchair, are so difficult for me to get back out of, once I have sat down, that I have been looking for some time for chairs that made it easier to get back out of??
The Milan Camping Chair appears to that Chair?
I had tried out these Milan Chairs at my Local Caravan Dealer, Weymouth Caravans to be precise and their Price was some £49:99 for the Chairs and £25:00 for the Foot Rests?? ( Wow Over Zealously Priced or what?? )
So with Emmas Professionalism this morning, not only will I be making certain that I buy my next Camping/Caravan Accessory Requirements with yourselves, but I will be telling my Friends of this Unusually HIGH level of Service that I received from this remarkable Young Lady today.

I received this order today - two days after ordering and am delighted with it. I had great difficulty finding this Recumbent Bike on the net - I have wrecked two of the box standard, pedals on a bit of pipe ones which are advertised in all the Oldies magazine etc., using it every evening and this one is so robust compared to the others.
Might I suggest you contact some of the above and do some aggressive advertising - I cannot be the only old person (bad heart and bad back - so cannot do the walking suggested by the doctors) to wreck their ghastly, badly made bikes, and as yours is only a few pounds more, it is excellent value (please God I dont break it this evening!) and I am sure there is a big market for them.

I just wanted to record my thanks to you for the way you helped me sort out the problem we had with a wrong specification in an order we made on the internet last week end. We had dealt with a third party and were given the wrong advice about measurments for a sun canopy that we ordered.
