Complaints Procedure


We hope that you are happy with your goods from Gala Tent, however in the rare circumstance that you are not happy please contact us in the first instance and we will endeavor to put things right:

If your goods are in warranty you can login to your online account and start a warranty claim by clicking here

If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with the outcome we ask that this is escalated to the customer service manager who can be contacted by the following:
