Brut 823 Metodo Classico, Italy’s answer to Frances Champagne

At the altitude of 823 meters above sea level, this Metodo Classico wins the prize for being one of the highest grown of its kind.

Sensory profile: extremely fine and fascinating perlage. Complex and impressing bouquet, with fragrances recalling fresh bread, hazelnuts and peach blossoms.
Very clean and rigorous on your palate, no sugar-content aftertaste.
