This order was an add-on to an existing 3m x3m gala tent purchased a few years ago. I assumed the velcro on the tent would be used for this purpose. Evidently not, special bars are needed and the velcro is only used for the full size side panels. My question is to the design guys ;-that given the half panels are lightweight, why cant you adapt the half panls to accept the velcro on them?My order was returned successfully and the customer care response was brilliant, so thanks to them for that.The tent is outstanding and has stood the test of time, highly recommended.

We are delighted with our new Gazebo. The digital process ahs allowed us to keep it very much on brand. It looks great and the customer experience was also excellent.

I needed to replace my battered roof on my gazebo. The replacement has the velcro for the sides and was great quality. It was also good value.

This is our second Gala gazebo. The first was bought over 10 years ago and is still going strong. Well made, sturdy, versatile. Worth the money.

Easy to put up. Very strong even when windy.

The service at gala tent was some of the best I’ve ever had. Careful designers noticed a tiny line on my artwork which I couldn’t seem to remove so they removed it for me! This with a demanding deadline yet they got the job early. Fair price too. Very pleased
