Payment and Finance Options
There is more than one way to pay for your gazebo, marquee or accessories at Gala Tent. You can pay in full by card or directly from your bank, or spread the cost over time with finance from DivideBuy or Klarna at the checkout.
Whichever you choose, every payment is protected by SOTpay, our own secure payment technology, so your card and bank details are always handled to a high security standard.
Your Security Comes First, with SOTpay
Your security is central to how we take payments, which is why Gala Tent uses SOTpay. SOTpay is secure payment technology built in-house by our parent company, Gala Technology. Payments across the Gala group run on a platform we own and control.
Every card payment is protected by:
- PCI DSS compliant handling of your card data
- 3D Secure authentication, the verification step your own bank adds at the checkout
- tokenisation, so your full card number is never stored on our systems
- real-time fraud screening on transactions
The result is a checkout you can trust, whether you are buying a single gazebo or placing a large commercial order.

Spread the Cost with Finance
If you would rather not pay for everything in one go, you can spread the cost of your order using finance at the checkout. Gala Tent offers two ways to do this, DivideBuy and Klarna, so you can choose whichever suits how you want to pay.
Pay Monthly with DivideBuy
DivideBuy lets you spread the cost of your order into monthly payments. You apply at the checkout and get a decision in minutes, then pay the balance over your chosen term. Our dedicated DivideBuy finance page covers how it works in full.
Pay in Instalments with Klarna
Klarna lets you split the cost of your order into instalments, spreading the payments over a short period. You choose Klarna at the checkout and follow the steps to set it up. Please note: orders must be lower than £1000 to pay by Klarna. See our Klarna page for more.

Pay by Bank with Open Banking
You can also pay for your order directly from your bank account using open banking, powered by SOTpay. You approve the payment securely in your own banking app, and the money moves straight from your account to ours.
Paying by bank this way is:
- secure, because you authorise it inside your own banking app
- quick, with no long card forms to complete
- direct, so the payment is confirmed straight away
Cards and Other Ways to Pay
If you would prefer to pay in full, we accept the major debit and credit cards at the checkout, all processed securely through SOTpay.
If you come to see us in person at Gala Tent HQ, we are happy to accept cash payments for your purchase, and for committees and those who prefer to pay by cheque then you may send cheques to:
