Amazing bits of kit and great service.
We haven't used the gazebos yet, so I can only comment on the initial customer service and support.I approached a couple of companies to find the exact product we wanted. Although others were slightly cheaper, I was impressed with Gala Tent's service, speed and helpfulness, so I decided to go with them. Their special strength frame, which wasn't that much more expensive, was also a key factor. Everything was really easy to understand and set up, and the production time and delivery were better than expected. So far, so good, and on initial inspection, the gazebos look excellent, too. Perhaps I will be able to report back after we have used them a few times?
