Overall happy with the banner for the price, the print quality is excellent. However, once it is attached to the gazebo, the pvc fabric starts sagging after only a few hours, even though we attached them as tight as possible. In fact so tightly it was a struggle to get the toggles to close!! Will have to buy some outdoor velcro to stick the banner to the middle of the frame to prevent sagging.

Great product. Poor service.

Arrived quick but surprised to learn no instructions or parts list!. Had to tel Gala & Laura Goodyear very helpful & sent a parts list. Alas no photos to identify parts & no instructions!Managed to work it out which took up valuable time. Product looks good but not really tried it out yet.

Porch tents go up nicely. Instruction sheet could be better. Doesn''t even state anything about the linking brackets to tie the poles of the porch to the main tent. The other real big issue is when you take the porch tent down, is you have no storage bag to put all the parts in other than the box it came in. Most large tents like this normally have a bag you can store the tent in.

Better than poly, Heavier but worth it. Just wish the canopy came with the bungees when you order it without asking, I had to install with cable ties the first time.

Ordering easyGood value.Delivery bungled AGAIN. Blamed on the carriers AGAIN. To quote ''M'' in a James Bond book ''Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action...PLEASE get a grip on your carriers, and in particular how you communicate simple clear delivery instructions to them.

I bought the cheaper of the tents but wished I would have paid for the more expensive as it leaked though the stitching, I presumed being plastic would all be sealed... gala did send me some sealer and it has helped

The quality of the service from Gala was very quicker and efficient, but I was not happy with the currior they use, it was delivered on the wrong day, when special instruction was supplied, and on the day it was delivered, I had a lot of trouble tracking the delivery, on the whole I would use Gala tents again, but hope they change the delivery service.

Good products, have purchased these before and they stand up to the test of time. Well priced for the quality.Delivery driver was terrible though! Delivered by 1 person and because they were heavy boxes, asked 2 young girls to help him because he has a bad back!!!

Great product. Helpful staff. BUT spent ages working out where poles went due to no instructions! Nothing to download and provided link failed. Found some help on youtube but stopping videos and restarting complicated things further. A real hassle!

Gazebo is great, well made and totally wind and waterproof. A little more information on the instruction leaflet for first time users would be helpful! Very disappointed about the delivery charge. Your website and your phone, when put on hold, tell you about the free delivery, but it took your staff 20 minutes to find where it says on our website that some areas have to pay for delivery. Misleading, and little things like that spoil the shopping with Gala experience.

Probably OK but only had it 2 weeks and haven't had chance to use it yet. In the meantime, rather p'ed off to get 3 emails nagging me to provide a review from a 'donotreply' email address and no 'unsubscribe' button!

We use our Gala tent in our pool area so that we have somewhere to sit and have BBQs in all weathers. It stays in place all season (about 4 months) and occasionally has to withstand wind. The legs are bolted down and the roof corners are strapped to floor bolts. HOWEVER, the roof would benefit if it had wind pressure relief flaps, so taking much of the strain off the whole tent.
