Good sturdy material, frame however is very difficult to unfold, and when I say very almost impossible, but maybe it will loosen in time. Also frame seems a bit flimsy to me. Overall good but not for the money, wish I tried another make.

Ive purchased a few of these large marquees however I wanted one to flow in a large space without being joined on the roof so imagine my annoyance when I received my 4mx12m marquee to find it was 2x 4mx6m with a jointing strip in the middle! Didnt look great and also let water in. I might as well have joined the 2 I already have which appear to be much better quality than the last one which started to split.Not happy with this purchase it doesn’t look like it will last long although I will say my previous ones have been spot on and the customer service is superb.

I have been disappointed with the two trade tables that I’ve purchased for my business. I have another one from a different company that is far sturdier. I chose Gala due to the sizes I needed but would not repeat buy this particular product

Replacement trusses for a Gala Shade Pro 40 ordered Friday, delivered very promptly to carrier APC Overnight by Saturday. APC then took seven days to deliver and that only after being chased up twice after the package had been 'out for delivery' five days running, with the driver reporting he had 'run out of time' to deliver it.

Excellent product, difficult service

The staff and service /delivery was outstanding but the length of the leg is longer than the original legs

This was a new roof for our existing tent. It looks OK and fits. Let's hope it lasts longer than the previous roof which only lasted for 6 years before falling apart.

Good product, poor communication after the sale. **Still waiting for the storage bags** so after our event had to store them in original boxes. Easy to erect if you know how... it was not clear that the 12m tent was based on two 6 m frames.

The overall marquee is pretty good the fit of the sides could be much improved, the clips that hold the roll up sections of the marquee are fragile to say the least and several were broken before we even erected the marquee. Quite a few of the threads were damaged with weld splatter on the retained nuts on the frame and the instructions are very poor. Other than that the marquee offers a fantastic space. Just waiting on the various bags and replacement clips, screws and guy ropes.

Disappointed that the original gazebo canopy tore so easily after only 2 years use. Also consider the canopy alone is overpriced at almost £100. Having said all that, quality is undoubtedly top-notch and I have no problems whatsoever with the Company's level of service.

The product is great. Delivery service very poor.

Marquess is fine but the buying process was not. Really confusing website so I did not order what I thought I was ordering. The names of the ranges are not clear and what is and isn't included is not clear. Instruction video would be much improved by not being an animation but real life.

Great product, however ordering and correspondence with team could have been better.
