Great sales Team, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The Tent is sturdy, assembly instruction could do with a bit of improvement, we ended up with extra parts that had us questioning if we have done something wrong. Unfortunately the after-sale experience was shocking; after calling the company and speaking with a young lady, I have requested a call back while we were in the middle of assembling the marquee and never received any call back or support. Could have been a 5 star review but we all felt a bit disappointed and left to ourselves to figure out. Make sure you have at least 4 people before assembling a 6x6 marquee.

I ordered two of these to support a recreational space during lockdown which can be put away when not required.The tables are fairly well built, and they seem like they would withstand a lot of use. However for the price I expected they would be in better condition, as both were marked across the top and edges. However the reason I am giving 3 stars is that the tables do not line up to the same height. One of them sits approximately 8-10mm higher than the other due to the folding mechanism not securing properly. Not sure how I can fix this to be honest, but for most users I don’t expect this will be an issue. To make a temporary solution I have had to lay plywood boarding across the tops.Delivery was fast and the boxes were in good condition on arrival. Thanks

Placing my order my quick and easy and sales person answered all my questions with delivery in a couple of days (great!) However one of the boxes stated the contents as including a storage bag a day so I called to query this as there was no bag. I was assured that this would be checked out and I would be called back. No call after several eso I chased it. Again I waited for a return call but did not happen. I chased again and was told the colleague I had been speaking with was not at work but I did ask that a message be passed onto her. This again did not happen. The lady on the phone said that the bag is not now included and is sold separately. I did point out that the package should clearly show it’s contents but this seemed to fall on deaf ears. Therefore my low star rating reflects after sales service which clearly does not exist in my opinion. Very poor as the product itself is of quality and I hope my comments are taken on board because if it was my company, I would want to know.

Really good product does what it say but they don't make it clear that you have to buy the carry bag exta even though it say included on the box it comes in t a extra of £50 even though you spend best part of £500

Ordered 3 folding chairs. Delivery was ridiculous. They said they attempted delivery when they hadn't - no calling card left. Rang them and the said they would send it on Tuesday. Waited in all day and rang them again and they said it wasn't out for delivery today but would be delivered on Wednesday. It got delivered late on Tuesday evening after been told it would come Wednesday. One of the chairs has a scuffed frame and bits of paint have been chipped away. Would not use again

Frame is sturdy and look and feel is of a high quality. The only issue I have is that the concertina design of the compact frame is such that it rubs on the canvas, which has already started to wear. I expect that to be holes appearing in no time.

Great products with friendly and helpful staff. Sadly let down by poor quality courier service (APC). Next day delivery took 10 days And countless phone calls as courier lost parcel.

I just bought the new sides and roof again for the 3rd time and hoping this one does the job as it's getting expensive now by keep replacement them all the time and I was not impressed when I spend £250 and don't even get the toggles to hold it all to the frame and when I phoned up to inquire about them you then wanted to charge me a further £20

I purchased a 3x4 marquee, I love it and its lovely in my garden everyone who has seen it has been impressed.however, initially I was sent wrong canope, but a replacement was sent no problem.and the lining was also incorrect, no all the same colour, but was returned and full refund given.Good customer service from Julie! thank goodness they her.only I dont like is the huge 'GALA TENT' labels sewn on each end! :( thats why its 3*

Like the product but disappointed with the ease that the old cover split. Old fashioned canvasses, although heavier were much more robust.

Solid product which should stand the test of time. Great service.From a design perspective I feel centre ridge is higher than it needs be. Inside head height always going to be determined by the available space under the frame structure so anything above that is wasted space.Also, the canopy is suspended by to posts with no centre cross piece. Will it take the stress over time?The canopy is also a very loose fit over the frame giving a very loose/floppy external appearance.
