Having purchased the Gala Pro 50 with additional groundbars which we were thrilled with we decided to update our banner. Now this is something I could of made utilising materials I had here but we were on a tight timescale and I had set my heart on a wrap around banner. We reached out to Gala again, and as before they were exceedingly helpful. A couple of back and forths with my design as one of my elements in the design was corrupt. Then a proof was returned to me. I was pleased with the clarity of the proof and thanked them for the hel. i just mentioned in passing that i would use something else temporarily for my upcoming event. The response was it will be fine we will get it in to production now and we will ensure it is with you in time. As promised it arrived in time and looked fabulous. The compliments I have received regarding our gazebo have all been positive. I have recommended to many other people to contact as the investment is certainly worth ever penny. Very pleased with product. Disappointed with Carrier. Package arrived 2 days later than my chosen delivery date. Had to rearrange things so that someone was home to receive the package.

We required some weights urgently for an event due to the unexpected high winds on a Friday afternoon before a bank holiday. Darren was really helpful over the phone and offered to send a courier with the weights we needed. it was all agreed and paid for within an hour and we received the weights that afternoon. The best tents and marquee which you could buy in the UK. I had a different model bought over 5 years ago ... still good and usable . Decided to upgrade ... so obviously went direct to galatent hq .. where I also got a £50 discount on the spot .Really good guys and I think their customer care is unbeatable.

Very pleased by the way Gala dealt with our emergency situation, after some of our marquee poles and fittings got damaged by the very strong winds. From the first enquiry by telephone talking with Tegan to collecting from their depot, service was first class, thank you.
