Excellent product and service. I have just bought a 3x3 m pvc marquee. The marquee was easy to erect and I unfortunately put a pole in back to front but this was rectified. The customer services team,Mark and Julie were very patient with me and helped me with my problem. They were very kindly going to send me a new pole free of charge. Until I found out what I had done wrong. Excellent company to buy from. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Would recommend them. Apologies again to the customer service team.
I purchased a small marquee from Gala Tent as I needed more room for December celebrations. Going by previous reviews of Gala Tent I decided that I would use this company. I can honestly say that the quality of the marquee exceeded my expectations. Delivery was quick and two of us erected the marquee with ease. I opted for the full PVC option and it's very thick and sturdy. I would definitely recommend if you're thinking about buying one. Great quality and price.
Took a while and some hard work to put it up and the instructions could be better but it’s a great marquee and very stable. Very pleased with it.
We found Gala Tents when looking to upgrade a gazebo to a marquee for better weather resistance. Their website is very easy to navigate and you can pick and choose to create your required package. We had to call to check delivery date because one item (a bag for the poles) was not in stock, but they confirmed that all other items would be sent out to arrive the next day (which it did).The marquee was very easy to set up, the instructions were clear, and they also have videos on their website. Two weeks in we are very impressed, with what feels like a pop-conservatory! The panels and tubes are of extremely good quality and we feel like we have gained another room to our house.
