Why Choose Smoothtrax?

  • Flatter, Smoother Surface – Easier on wheels, easier on feet. Ideal for trade environments and display areas.
  • Built for Movement – Trolleys, wheelie stools, rolling equipment — no more catching or wobbling.
  • Swisstrax Strength – Engineered from the same material as Ribtrax, with interlocking connectors that hold firm.
  • Professional Finish – Clean lines and smooth top surface give your space a refined, showroom-quality look.
  • Easy to Clean – Smaller perforations prevent large debris build-up and allow water to drain through.
  • Fully Modular – Mix and match with Ribtrax, edge trims, or custom layouts.

Where Smoothtrax Shines

  • Workshops & Tool Bays – Roll stools and carts smoothly across the floor.
  • Valeting & Detailing Studios – Flat surface, clean drainage, and easy to rinse.
  • Retail Spaces – Tough, uniform floor that looks high-end and won’t chip under pressure.
  • Trade & Exhibition Stands – Quick to lay, easy to move, and comfortable for long shifts on your feet.
  • Offices & Pop-Up Studios – A modular floor that feels permanent but lifts in minutes.

Add Edge Ramps for a Clean Finish

  • Smoothtrax tiles can be finished with edge ramps and corner pieces — perfect for open sides like garage doors or walkways.
  • Each ramp is 40cm wide — so if your opening is 2.4m, you’ll need 6.
  • Ramps are available in matching colours to your tile choice.

Smoothtrax FAQs

How thick are Smoothtrax tiles?
Each tile is 16mm thick — slightly thinner than Ribtrax but still heavy-duty and capable of taking vehicle loads.
Can I use Smoothtrax in my garage?
Yes — they’re strong enough for cars, vans, and kit, but better suited to cleaner environments or where a flatter surface is preferred.
Do Smoothtrax tiles drain water?
Yes, but they have smaller perforations than Ribtrax. Liquids can pass through, but they won’t let large debris drop through as easily.
Can I mix Smoothtrax with Ribtrax?
Yes — they share the same interlocking system and can be laid together if needed, although the surface textures are different.
