Printed Gazebo and Flag Packages

A gazebo and a pair of flags, printed with your branding and supplied as one order. The flags are what people see first: they stand above head height, they are readable from the far end of an aisle, and they carry your name when the gazebo itself is hidden behind a crowd.

Every package below pairs a 3m x 3m Gala Shade Pro 40 gazebo with two printed sail flags and two freestanding flag stands. You choose how much of the gazebo gets printed, whether the flags are 2m or 3m tall, and whether they print on one side or both. Artwork is set up by our in-house studio and you approve a visual before anything goes to print.

The Three Print Levels

The single biggest thing separating a £685 package from a £1,038 one is how much of the gazebo carries your branding. All three use the same Pro 40 frame and the same flags, so this is purely a question of print coverage.

  • Printed front section. Your logo and name across the front valance, the strip that runs along the eaves. It is the part a customer reads while they are queuing, and it is the cheapest way to stop looking like an unbranded stall.
  • Logo on canopy. The front valance plus your logo printed onto the roof panels themselves. Worth it where people look down on you, so grandstands, multi-storey venues, drone and aerial photography, and any event where press shots get taken from height.
  • Dye-sublimation. Full-colour print across the entire canopy, edge to edge. The ink is bonded into the fabric rather than sitting on top, so it will not crack or peel, and there is no limit on colours, gradients or photographic imagery. This is what you buy when the gazebo is the stand rather than shelter for the stand.

Choosing Your Flags

Two decisions, and they change the price more than most people expect.

Height. 2m or 3m. A 2m flag clears the gazebo eaves and reads from across a car park. A 3m flag is visible over a crowd and over other stands, which is what you want at a busy show where everyone has a gazebo. If your pitch is in a field on its own, 2m is plenty. If you are in a row of thirty stands, go 3m.

Sides. Single or double. A single-sided flag prints on one face and shows a mirrored, faded version through the back. It is fine when traffic only approaches from one direction, or when the flag sits against a wall or hedge. A double-sided flag is two printed panels with a blockout layer between them, so it reads correctly from both directions. If people walk past you in both directions, which is most aisles at most events, double-sided is the one.

Every package includes two freestanding flag stands with water weights, so the flags stand up on tarmac, concrete, sports hall floors and anywhere else you cannot drive a spike into the ground. Fill them on site and empty them before you travel.

Packages with 2m Single-Sided Flags

The starting point. A 3m x 3m Pro 40 gazebo with two 2m sail flags printed on one face. Suits club stalls, school fetes, farmers' markets and any pitch where people approach from one direction.

Packages with 2m Double-Sided Flags

Double-sided flags read correctly whichever way people walk past, because each face is printed separately with a blockout layer between them. This is the configuration most exhibition and trade show stands end up wanting.

Buying the Flags or the Gazebo on Their Own

The packages exist because most people buying one need the other, and the pair costs less bought together. If you only need one half of it, buy the half you need.

Already own a gazebo and just want flags to stand beside it? Our printed flags range covers sail, teardrop and rectangle shapes in every size, single or double sided, with a choice of ground spike, cross base or water-weighted stand.

Want the gazebo printed but no flags? See printed gazebos for every print level across every gazebo size we make, from 3m x 3m up to 4m x 10m.

Need the walls printed too? Sidewalls are the largest flat surface on a gazebo and take print beautifully. Start with gazebos with sides to work out which wall set you need, then add printing.

Who Buys These Packages

Exhibitions and trade shows. An exhibition gazebo has to do the job of a stand: be found, be photographed, and hold a conversation. Dye-sublimation with 3m double-sided flags is the specification that does it. See also exhibition stands.

Sports teams and clubs. A team gazebo doubles as shelter, kit store and the thing parents look for across three pitches. Club colours on the canopy and the club crest on the flags is the usual brief. See sports club shelters.

Motorsport and paddocks. Branding is read from the grandstand and from above, which is why paddock setups almost always want the logo on the canopy rather than just the valance. See motorsport awnings.

Cadets, armed forces and emergency services. Recruitment stands, open days and community events, usually in unit colours with crest and unit name. We supply military and government bodies across the UK and can work to a supplied brand specification.

Councils, charities and community groups. High visibility at a low unit cost, particularly the printed front section level where the budget has to cover several events a year. See charity and fundraising.

Artwork, Proofs and Lead Times

Send whatever you have. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or PDF gives the cleanest result, but our studio can work from a decent JPG or PNG, and will rebuild a logo if what you have is too small to print. There is no separate origination charge on these packages.

You will get a visual proof showing your artwork applied to the gazebo and the flags before anything is printed. Nothing goes to production until you have approved it in writing, so if the colour is not quite your brand blue, that is the point to say so.

Printed items are made to order, so they do not ship next day the way an unprinted gazebo does. Allow around three weeks for a printed canopy, and build a buffer on top of that for your event date, particularly between April and September when the print queue is longest. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us the date when you order and we will confirm whether it is achievable before taking payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in a printed gazebo and flag package?
Every package includes a 3m x 3m Gala Shade Pro 40 gazebo with its frame and printed canopy, two printed sail flags, and two freestanding flag stands with water weights. What varies between packages is how much of the gazebo is printed, whether the flags are 2m or 3m, and whether they print on one side or both.
What is the difference between single-sided and double-sided flags?
A single-sided flag is printed on one face, and the image shows through to the back mirrored and faded. A double-sided flag is two separately printed panels with a blockout layer between them, so it reads correctly from both directions. If people pass your stand from both ways, which is most event aisles, choose double-sided.
What is dye-sublimation printing?
Dye-sublimation bonds the ink into the fabric itself rather than laying it on the surface, so the print will not crack, peel or fade the way a surface print can, and the canopy stays flexible enough to fold. It also removes any limit on colours, so gradients and photographic images reproduce properly across the whole canopy.
How do the flags stand up?
The packages include freestanding stands with water weights, which is what you need on tarmac, concrete or an indoor floor. Fill them on site and empty them before you travel. If you are always on grass and would rather use a ground spike, we can swap the base, so just ask when you order.
Can I buy the flags without the gazebo?
Yes. Our printed flags range is sold separately in sail, teardrop and rectangle shapes, in every size, single or double sided, with a choice of ground spike, cross base or water-weighted stand.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF give the best result. We can also work from a high-resolution JPG or PNG, and our studio will redraw a logo if the file you have is too small to print cleanly. There is no origination charge on these packages.
Do I see a proof before it is printed?
Yes. You approve a visual proof showing your artwork on both the gazebo and the flags before anything is printed, and nothing goes to production until you have signed it off.
How long does a printed package take to arrive?
Printed items are made to order rather than picked from stock, so allow around three weeks for the canopy. Tell us your event date when you order and we will confirm whether it is achievable before taking payment. Lead times are longest through the summer season.
