Such an efficient and helpful company. I ordered a new set of D1 and D2 poles for my 6 x 6 m tent. They arrived promptly and a small change in the design - they are a bit longer than the old ones - makes erecting the roof frame much easier.
I ordered replacement parts after my Gala Tent got damaged in a storm, its nice to know that even my gala tent purchased in 2010 has spares available for it, the whole thing was fixed for £125 a massive saving on having to buy a whole new tent. Kudos to Gala tent for making sure all their tents have readily available spares at very reasonable prices.
