Great company to deal with and quick service . Recently borrowed my 4.5m x 3m gazebo to someone who managed to bend 8 of the struts. Not many other companies supply individual parts to repair it, but Gala does, and now back up and running. Roof and covers of superior quality to other company’s. Would highly recommend them

When my existing gazebo collapsed recently under the weight of heavy rain I searched the internet for a replacement from a UK based company which designed and supplied gazebos. I was impressed by the Gala Tents website and what it said about their products. I spoke to their customer services who gave very clear advice about which of their gazebos is suitable for my sort of usage. I bought their entry-level gazebo over the phone and was very impressed by their arrangements for ensuring the security of credit card details. The new gazebo arrived the next day as promised and the quality is outstanding. The frame is clearly much stronger than that of other products of a comparable price and the canopy is strong and waterproof. The vital thing about it is that it prevents pooling, thus avoiding heavy accumulations of water. I have no hesitation in recommending Gala Tents.

Bought this to put up in the garden for our Daughter's 21st Birthday and was just what we were looking for. Quality product compared to others we had looked at and well worth the money. Delivery very quick and arrived with a clear guide so was easy to put together with a few people.Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

Wow just wow. What else can I say as I was putting this 4.5x3m black pop up gazebo up On my own I hasten to add it’s says two people and it is easier but you can do it on your own just take it slow. As I say wow every part and bit I used or added I thought what utter quality this is and how well it all fits the quality of materials and workmanship. I can’t fault it I had a delay in delivery but not their fault and was speed very next day. I would completely highly highly recommend you not to buy any other gazebo you won’t be disappointed. And the extras list is awesome. I went with black as wanted it for a cinema and party tent it’s completely black once closed love the big window and front entrance so it can feel bigger once up at front I love it and everyone who’s sees it loves it I can see years of use as it hammered down the day before I was due to take it down and didn’t have s as drop of water inside I could go on and on it zips at corner joins with Super tough Velcro fasteners it’s just amazing and it’s British made we haven’t lost the ability to produce quality well done gala well done

High Quality the fixing seem far more robust than other gazebos I have seen . Compact can get it in the boot of my car whilst previous one I had to take down rear seat and push it through from boot. Looks well made

This company was recommended to us by a friend after we had so many problems with getting a strong gazebo. I did have my doubts. Now i have to say that this has been put to rest. Our gazebo is still standing after storm ELLEN and then storm FRANCIS we didn't have time to take it down. so yes would highly recommend this company and the products that they sell . service was great and items well worth the money

The PRO 40 gazebo ordered by me has been erected and has withstood yesterday's high winds and rain without problem. The structure was easy to erect and provides us with exactly what we required. One oddity though is the set of weights that now perch uneasily on the cross struts at each corner. The design of the weights suggests that it might be used in a particular way but it is not obvious what that might be.
