Glitch with the courier but customer service sorted it out in good time and without hassle. The replacement canopy is top notch and will give many years of use and reassurance. Good value for money.

I wanted a lightweight quality product and that is what I got. My only criticism, and reason for not giving 5 stars is the erection instructions are unclear. Once we got the hang of how to put it up we can now appreciate how good it is.

All my order came as promised and on time. Everything fitted perfectly.This week I fitted the complete tent Ibouught at the end of last year for the first time and I think the quality has improved and everything fitted.Thank you.

Superb bit of kit. Straight forward to assemble. Bit heavy, possible to assemble alone but much easier with two. Quite expensive but properly waterproof canopy. Well built, sturdy, should last for years.

A lot better quality than previous gazebos I have had from different suppliers

The gazebo and side panels are simply great. Really well made, no cheap far east model like we had before. Only giving it 4 stars as I really wanted to get into contact with the company to discuss some other sidewalls but could not. Ended up buying the standard set and am happy that I could open the sides on the short sides by hanging them up.

Our gazebo roof, delivery date was as described, the material is an excellent quality, now able to sit in the garden, instead of self isolation in our house.

We ordered a significant number of spares for marquees that we (Ramsey Rural Museum) own for various events. We have always found the products to be of good quality. The present order was equally good except for the delivery (not gala). It was a day late and when I asked for the items, some of which were heavy, to be put in my trailer for further transport they were dumped by the trailer.

I bought a 6x4 metre marquee which arrived on time. Unfortunately it was delivered in cardboard boxes and left in the rain. I have used the tent for may parties and has been great. I do now need to buy the bags for the poles and the sides to be packed into.

Very helpful salesman.Excellent quality once erected. But we had REAL difficulty the first time we put it up, even though we followed the Internet directions absolutely. The abbreviated paper directions which came with it were for another model!It needed two men for sheer strength, though I had been told the average woman would manage, we don't think so.Very quick and easy to take down.Thank you.
