We purchased one of the Gala tents gazebos a few weeks back as we were let down by our previous supplier. We rung Gala tent and asked them at very short notice about their products and if they can help, they proved themselves to be absolutely awesome!!Not only were they extremely helpful over the phone trying to sort out a solution for our lack of marquee / Gazebo, they delivered as promised on time and problem free.........if only we went to Gala Tents to begin with! We will 100% be buying from Gala Tents again in the near future and recommend anyone who needs marquee / gazebo to use Gala Tent. The fact that 80% of the other trade stands were using Gala Tents too i think speaks for itself. 5 star service in our opinion, we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Delivered on time as promised.The tent is perfect and easy to erect. Just follow the clear instructions and up it goes. Fantastic quality, you can tell its well made and will last.We've had it up a week now. Looks fantastic. Stands up really well in a decent wind unlike our previous gazebos. We also purchased the ratchet anchor straps which make a massive difference to stability. Also had a few heavy showers, again stands up really well. I know all the descriptions say it cannot be waterproof guaranteed but, I can say this with confidence, it is waterproof.Really pleased we decided to spend that bit extra, its worth every penny. Would highly recommend Gala Tents.

After spending many hours researching which Company to purchase my Gazeebo from after purchasing three Gazeebo's from other manufacturers at a cheaper price (which only lasted for one summer, before breaking. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase from Gala Tent of a 3x4.5 metre Gazeebo ( Pro 50 model) - the Quality of the product is outstanding as was the whole experience of using Gala Tent from help with the Inital order to final delivery of product product.

My wife and I were looking for a stronger Gazebo as the one we have been using is very good but lacks the strength it needs to keep it grounded safely and the sides are quite flimsy. Our research led us to Gala Tent’s and we purchased a 3 x 3 M Gala Tent in pink (we wanted something that sticks out!) they are very robust, sturdy, easy to erect and comes in a valise. The only drawback is the weight which some people may find difficult, other than that it’s an excellent product. I found the staff very helpful and delivery was excellent with it being delivered the morning after the day we purchased it. The only other observation I have is we could not find any in the south of England so it was bought over the phone from the website which is not idea but on this occasion it worked out well.
