Very poor communication regarding delivery. Next day delivery took 5 days and arrived without notice at 8am. The driver didn't bring the boxes to my door, they were dumped on my drive. I had to bring them to the house myself. A poor carrier to say the least. The marquee appears decent quality. Poor assembly instructions and the instruction video they refer to doesn't exist any more according to the website. The Gala Tent logos are way to big, ugly, numerous and over powering. They will be cut off soon. I tried to leave 1 and 2 star reviews but their system wouldn't load it. Seems they only want to post good news! This is not a 4 star review by a long shot.

Mark was really helpful, professional and provided excellent customer service. The item was great, no complaints. The only thing that let you down was the courier service. It arrived a working day later than the notification I had received.

Really pleased with the process overall. The quality of the product is really impressive and the equipment it comes with for safe storage is really top quality. The purchase process was simple and the sales representative was helpful and very knowledgeable. My only criticism is of the design team who took far longer than we’d have liked to finalise the designs. The design process felt very disjointed and let the side down. Whilst the design work looks incredible on the product itself, I’m disappointed it took so long and missed a deadline for us. I don’t wish for that to dominate the overall process however which on the whole was very good.

This would have been a 5 star review however the after sales customer service hasn’t been great. The quality of the gazebo is excellent, easy to assemble

I ordered some new sides for our veranda that had been designed with your marquee sides in mind. I did not realise that the 3 metre sides had the same size Windows as the 2meters sides. I was looking to have more clear and less white. Nothing wrong with the product just my misunderstanding.
