Great product - finally !! There seemed to be a problem with the four walls zipping together. After a couple of alternative walls, a complete new set was sent to us. Eureka, they all zipped together with none of the previous problems.Through the persistent work of the two girls sending alternate walls, the outcome was a good one. Thank you.Would like to know what the outcome of the returned walls which had zips that were wrongly sized.

Not erected completely but put up part and found it very sturdy. A very good replacement for our aging canvas mess tent.

I have had a PRO50 Gazebo and various add ons for a few years and needed some parts. I also had a slight issue with one side of a banner wrap. Melissa was fabulous and sorted everything out and a quote for the parts very quickly and followed through to make I was happy - as always, great customer service - thanks Melissa!

Really pleased with the process overall. The quality of the product is really impressive and the equipment it comes with for safe storage is really top quality. The purchase process was simple and the sales representative was helpful and very knowledgeable. My only criticism is of the design team who took far longer than we’d have liked to finalise the designs. The design process felt very disjointed and let the side down. Whilst the design work looks incredible on the product itself, I’m disappointed it took so long and missed a deadline for us. I don’t wish for that to dominate the overall process however which on the whole was very good.

Excellent service and excellent product. The team were really helpful and provided great advice when it came to choosing the right marquee for us. The logo printing is excellent. It arrived in time for our exhibition. We would definitely recommend and use again.
