We are very pleased with the gazebo. It is much better made than the previous one we had from you. Frame stronger and the corners of the shade much thicker and supported so poles dont wear through the fabric. We would buy another one if we needed it. It was well packed and very fast delivery.

I can not fault the service from Gala Tents the staff are always very helpful over the phone or by email. The Crystal Chandeliers are so pretty when built, the picture on the website does not do them justice.

The marquee is excellent quality, really simple to put up and really strong. If I had to critique, I would say the instructions could do with improving as I had to refer to the video on a few occasions. Regarding the 8 x LED light set, it really needs a longer lead as when the 1st light is hung from the roof, the cable wont reach the floor. The globes are a little dark at the bottom too.

The service is usually good at Gala but my last purchase included a cover and some graphics which I had to keep progressing. Although it was stated that an email was sent by the graphics dept it was not received by me. Without the help and persistence of Darren in sales I would not have got the item in time for our next event. However the cover and graphics were delivered and look good.An internal order progressing system might be useful.

this is an excellent product, used last weekend in very windy conditions and it didn't bat an eyelid. highly recommend
