Ordered a marquee in February. One of the boxes wasn't delivered but I didn't notice until the Jubilee weekend (over 3 months). Contacted Gala and they sent the missing box on next day delivery. Fantastic service from them . Our Scout troop use their marquees for cooking, dining and wet weather activities - easy to put up, stable, easy to clean and very hard wearing.

Can’t fault this company at all, we were let down at the 11th hour by a company who were due to produce 2 x printed Gazebo’s. With events looming, Darren was able to deliver to use next day and save our weekend events. We still need the printed versions, so we’ll be going back to get them ordered. Top company ????

Product is excellent I really cannot fault it. BUT You can have the best product in the world but if it is delivered by a company who do not care for it, it will arrive damaged. Say no more.

my friend bought the gala gazebo and I bought the pegs well really surprised when the pegs arrived well packaged and wow they are well made and will last for years

Ordered on a Tuesday and received on the Thursday, very well packaged, and item itself fantastic quality and very easy to set up.
