I have bought a 4 x 4 Marquee in the past 2nd hand, so I had no issue buying a replacement after mine was accidentally damaged. Right from the start, the service was perfect and delivery prompt. Being new it had some slight enhancements to my previous one which is great. The overall quality is of a very high standard for home use, and the materials used are also of a very high standard. Erecting the marquee may look complex but it is very easy to put together and very well labelled (loved that), I watched their tutorial and used the instructions. However, as I had one it was easier than being a first-timer. After it rained before Christmas 2021, I had some issues with the window panel, however, after I emailed the issue this was promptly replaced so top marks again. The only drawback this new marquee was more of a preference issue for me, the doors are a roll-up and while I cannot complain about the flexibility of the doors there are 2 types on both ends that seal brilliantly, however, I would have like to see some zip open doors. Again, that’s just my preference but all in all a defo thumbs up.

i ordered two feet i got two feet that have been modified so need different fixings could you look in to sending the new feet with fixings please

Hi, the yellow top with his company name on it was a surprise from me, his partner. I was a little bit disappointed with the dirty marks on it. But he was ok. Customer service very good.Rating would've been 5 star.

Good solid quality, Relatively easy to erect from adequate manual.Videos poor not highlighting critical stages. Have learnt quite a bit it would be good to pass on. Overall professional product and company. .

Everyone was very helpful. Delivery ok. Not opened up boxes as yet to check items as will not be putting Marque up again until next summer.

Gazebo arrived in good time, I had a small issue which was resolved well by two very friendly members of staff and will continue to do business with them. Product tested and is rigid and flexible in the wind, easy to erect and take down.

Speed in ordering replacement was very quick I was just disappointed the front panel ripped when the gazebo is only 6-8 months old

I purchased a Pro 50 Gazebo in March and was pleased with support when ordering the Gazebo was delivered on time and in good condition. The gazebo is of very strong construction although quite heavy and when erected is very robust.I left the Gazebo up for a period during the hot weather and was disappointed to see that the canopy colour had faded quite dramatically, I claimed on my warranty and was told that due to adverse weather the claim would not be accepted, however after discussion with customer services it was agreed and a new canopy was issued. All in all very pleased with the Gazebo.

Tent quality is great and cutomer service also very good - however, tent came in two deliveries and the user instructions are useless, even with he videos one find online. Only the help of customer service solved the issue. Not sure why the quality of user guide can't match the rest.

Purchased a newer model to replace a 3m gazebo used every weekend in the marketplace. New model is 3m x 3m Pro 40 which is slightly heavier but more robust and far more rigid in use than the old model. So far it has proved very satisfactory - needs weighting down in a breeze.
