Good solid quality, Relatively easy to erect from adequate manual.Videos poor not highlighting critical stages. Have learnt quite a bit it would be good to pass on. Overall professional product and company. .

Gazebo arrived in good time, I had a small issue which was resolved well by two very friendly members of staff and will continue to do business with them. Product tested and is rigid and flexible in the wind, easy to erect and take down.
Speed in ordering replacement was very quick I was just disappointed the front panel ripped when the gazebo is only 6-8 months old
I purchased a Pro 50 Gazebo in March and was pleased with support when ordering the Gazebo was delivered on time and in good condition. The gazebo is of very strong construction although quite heavy and when erected is very robust.I left the Gazebo up for a period during the hot weather and was disappointed to see that the canopy colour had faded quite dramatically, I claimed on my warranty and was told that due to adverse weather the claim would not be accepted, however after discussion with customer services it was agreed and a new canopy was issued. All in all very pleased with the Gazebo.
Tent quality is great and cutomer service also very good - however, tent came in two deliveries and the user instructions are useless, even with he videos one find online. Only the help of customer service solved the issue. Not sure why the quality of user guide can't match the rest.

I wanted good quality leg weights to go with my gala tent. It is easy to buy online and the service is very quick . Your products stand out from others and have recommended you to others.
Purchased a newer model to replace a 3m gazebo used every weekend in the marketplace. New model is 3m x 3m Pro 40 which is slightly heavier but more robust and far more rigid in use than the old model. So far it has proved very satisfactory - needs weighting down in a breeze.

The gala tent purchased was ordered over the phone, your staff were very helpful, both in the ordering and printing. The gazebo was delivered very promptly also . The gazebo quality is brilliant and much more robust than others we have used. Sadly I had to drop a star in this review as the price increased by over £50 between our original quote and the order 2 months later.
Flag has been well printed. the bracket had 2 chips on it that we painted over.
