Now I know why everyone raves about Gala Tent , great quality , so glad I bought my 4.5 x 3m fully printed pro 50 gazebo from these guys , great customer service ????

We've had great service from the team at Gala Tents. Mark, Cheech and anyone else I've forgotten to mention are always so helpful, even when I'd to change the order at the last minute. The goods are excellent (we have gone for various gazebos) and are quickly delivered too. All in all, a great company to work with!

Ordered these as I wanted to use my gazebo with the small end to the front and the windows were in those panels, I was worried about the light, so white panels with windows were ordered. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Velcro was good and strong, love the rain guard bottoms, the only down side is that the windows zipped openings are on the inside of the panel - which once you have put gridwall along both sides is almost impossible to get to without unpegging everything. Apart from that good quality .

The gentleman with whom I spoke was the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered when asking help with an online purchase. He helped by phoning me back several times with useful information, and to check that I was secure with this purchase. I remember telling him he had gone above and beyond my expectations for customer service! I’m sorry, but I forget his name.
