Being an outdoor market trader I have needed something rubust enough to srand up th the storm 'DAVES' we've been expriencing. Even though i'm in the early days of owning a gala tent gazebo, i can say with absolute confidence it is quite possibly the best investmeng i have purchased so far. My inly criticism, although minor is that I beleive some of the 'optional' extras should be included within the cost! Given the overall price of the gazebo. Other items, sides, ground bars etc, absolutely pay extra for. But other items basic tie down kits, pegs should be included. Overall, yes I will go back for all extras and if I should e en need a second gazebo.
excellent customer service with fast delivery and good value
Gala gazebo for domestic use received a few days ago, up got the first time today. Initial impression: it’s good quality construction the frame, canopy and side walls are very robust. A bit heavier than anticipated ,we are elderly but still managed assembly. Should be easier once we get accustomed to doing it. Instructions, both written and video are a bit basic and don’t cover the sidewalls, not a major issue. Still working out the best use of the guy ropes and pegs and will probably pop along to the local camp shop for a few more pegs for the plastic borders to the sidewalls. Overall very pleased. I must say I wanted pink and boy, I got pink!Finally there was a little problem with delivery, excellent after sales service from Jade. Thank you
