10cm x 10cm Gala Tent Marquee Repair Patch & Glue (100% PVC)

First class service once again from the staff at Gala Tent. An excellent company with fantastic customer relations and one I will be happy to continue to use and recommend to others.

We ordered our Pro 50 Gazebo and canopy October 2017 for £340. It's double bolted down on the patio and has withstood numerous high winds, we face south, whilst our fence has not survived so well.We us the Gazebo for pizza cooking and BBQs with the deep fat fryer outside too, even during winter. With solar lights and Gala's infra red heater it makes the season so much longer.The only thing we have had to replace is the gazebo cover as it's out 24/7 365 days of the year.We replaced it first February 2020 as the seams had failed, I thought that was a pretty good outcome for an initial £72 spend.The next replacement was December 2021 and cost £106, 'Storm Arwen' ripped the old one up one of the seams.The new one cover seems much better quality with sealed seams and a waterproof lighter material. I'll wait and see but the price increase seems to justify the improved quality.It has made our patio much more usable all year round. Consider that a Palram Patio Cover 3m x 3.05m costs £800 I think I have the better and more usable deal.

Brilliant customer service, I rang to enquire about which patch I needed for our gala tent, and they even found our old invoice from years ago to make sure I selected the correct one! I then ordered online and the patches were delivered the very next day! The only reson I haven't given the full 5 stars is that there are no instructions available for using the repair kit patches. Thank you Gala Tent for such good service!

WE have been using gala tents for years, but with ordering so much equipment to enable us to reopen after lockdown, we were a little stumped when this clear vial with a substance in it turned up. My husband had no idea what it was nor did I, we were half expecting the drug squad to turn up! so we put it to one side and then later looking at the packaging we realised that it was our repair patch and glue! Thanks for brightenening up a stressful time!
