We bought a big gala tent 10 years ago and have used it every year until a recent storm shredded the side pieces that were already showing their age (although the top remains strong).Calling for spare parts we found our original purchase had been recorded and within minutes i had ordered the replacement parts.All delivered the next day.We strongly recommend this company for the strength and usefulness of their products,as well as the excellent customer service we received when we made both the original and the more recent purchases

This is the third tent we have purchased and as the first two have lasted over 10 years and have been erected throughout that time their quality and sturdiness is without question the best you can possibly expect.When it cam to making a decision on the supplier there was absolutely no other company we would consider.Although this is the largest one we have purchased the erection was very straight forward and most importantly All the parts where present.

Excellent service. Had a great phone call with Darren to check some things I wasn’t sure on. Settled for Taupe in Pro 40 with added sandbags for the legs. A couple of days later I bought a carry bag for the canopy as it would lighten the wheeled case up.All products really well made and very good quality. Looking forward to using it for all sorts of events happening at home and in the village.Really pleased with the delivery, it arrived within 48 hours.

It is a good product than expected. I have a Gala point worth £7.56 but they couldn't accept even bought the items within a moth. My question is why they provide gala point?.

Purchased a commercial grade marquee some years ago. Still going strong with no signs of deterioration. Purchased recently a commercial grade gazebo. A very good solid product which I know will stand the test of time. Gala Tents know how to build and supply quality products.

Service was a tad pushy but that might be just me being very undecided.Gazebo is great I can take down myself but not put up. It's pretty heavy and the wheels are really too small for the carry bag BUT it is all in all great. Very well made.Delivery was fast.This should last years if the care instructions are followed.

As always Gala were quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. We have moved over totally to Gala for our tentage and can rely on them for prompt delivery of spares whenever needed. Would always recommend them.

Haven’t had a chance to put this up fully thanks to Hurricane Agnes but so far, so good. Amazing service from ordering easily and delivery being so fast. I half put it up and am really pleased with the quality of the frame and canopy. Love the Velcro in the corners so that it can be put on straight. I ordered an extra carry bag - very well made for the price and delivered before I realised. Very pleased so far. Hopefully good weather soon to try it out.
