Sales team were helpful and items arrived promptly. Have not used properly yet but did have trial set up. Item seems very sturdy and well made, although this does mean it's heavy to move and definitely needs at least 2 people to erect it. The legs are very easy to extend/reduce and the canopy frame easy to extend although the final stretch/lift to lock into place at the top of the legs takes a bit of strength, especially if you not very tall. I was unable to lock it in place but could hold it almost there whilst my husband secured the other side and then raised my corner the final inch or so. The walls fix by velcro all along the length of the side so they are either up or down, rather than attached and able to be drawn back, as with some less expensive models, and have adequate pegging down facilities if the weather requires. The windows have good zipped covers for the option of either privacy or a view and the corners are also zipped for a good fit (velcro tabs just for basic location) Not tested yet 'in the field' or in adverse weather conditions but the construction of the frame and apparent quality of the canopy/walls certainly indicate that it will be as good and robust, but probably a lot better, as anything else available. It is not an inexpensive item but 'you gets what you pays for'. A slight criticism would be that the walls come as a set of 2 solid, 1 window and 1 door, if 2 window walls were required the second one has to be purchased as an extra and cannot be substituted for a solid wall, even with a relevant surcharge. My ideal option would have been to choose a wall package of 2 x door and 2 x window sides as a package. saying that I was given a good deal on an extra window wall which was better than buying all the walls as extras to a basic canopy and frame but I now have 5 walls in total when 4 was all I needed. Also possible some rubber covers for the leg 'feet' would be a good idea for hard surface set up

I had previously had a Gala Gazebo several years ago and so when we needed a new one it had to be a Gala. Excellent Quality and I have been impressed with several new design features I had not seen before and the general robustness of the Gazebo. I ordered by phone and with their excellent service it arrived the next day, which was a pleasant surprise as we are in the middle of nowhere and next day normally takes two days. Yesterday I easily put it up by myself and the workday volunteers at the watermill here checked it out. A couple said they would look into getting one from Gala too. As project manager I think overall the watermill has made a good investment. P.S. The tie down accessories are excellent as since we have put it up it has not stopped with the wind and rain, we look forward to the summer. Thank you Gala.

From start to finish Gala were helpful and prompt, couldn't fault the buying process. What was even more impressive was the after sales service. When we put the Marquee up we had too many of one pole and too few of another. I rang at 4pm explained the situation and the correct poles were with me by 10am the following morning.... Would recommend without hesitation.

We recently purchased a gazebo for our community project and the service we received was excellent and delivery was agreed and delivered on time and at the date required. The company were excellent and gave great service if a little enthusiastic with phone calls when we asked only contact by email except over delivery then phone.
