Gala Tent offer an excellent service. This was our third purchase from them, ordered late on a Bank Holiday, yet delivered less than 48hours later. As always, a high- quality product, easily assembled.

Arrived on time not realy used yet but quality looks good problem with missing nuts and bolts for ground bars but all sorted as far as we go good customer service

Great customer service when enquiring about a popup gazebo. Salesman wasn’t pushy, which tends to put me off immediately if they are. Arrived on time. Packaging wet through at one end which had soaked through. Only put up once as yet just to try. Didn’t fit side panels but everything else seemed fine. Time will tell when weather gets better and more use. Will give another review about product to how strong it seems.

I have waited for a while to review my new galatent gazebo to wait until I have used it several times and seen the good and the bad. In short there is no bad the service I received from Galatent from start to finish has been excellent they did everything that they said when they said they would. The gazebo it's self is great and now I'm used to it it's incredibly easy to get up and down, the build quality is top notch and after owning a cheaper one I know what I'm talking about, no they are not cheap but this will last me an age. So I would definitely recommend Galatent and if I need anything else in the future I would not hesitate to drop them a line.
