Brilliant Gazebo, I would have given Gala Tent 5 stars, had to chase up delivery, the staff at Gala Tent were brilliant they chased up the courier as the tracking stated it was at their delivery depot for a least 5 days and no sign of despatch. Happily our Gazebo landed in time for our outdoor family get together. I would definitely use them again, my suggestion is order early as we did; due to possible delivery delays with courier.

I would have given 5* but too many hiccups with courier, BUT having said that same day dispatch, wonderful customer service, bent over backwards to resolve the problem until eventually all the order came Thank You.

Excellent quality

Excellent product and very well produced, our tent was a massive hit at it's first outing over the Augusta Bank Holiday weekend at a Food Lovers Festival in Yorkshire. The only negative is that the tent was lost in transit and delivered to somewhere in Essex in error. The Team at Gala Tent were quick to assist though and resolved the problem. Well done!Would highly recommend using Gala Tent.

I am reviewing this based on my experience in ordering the marquee; it has yet to arrive. The buying process was first-class, and Darren was hugely helpful and knowledgeable.I understood that my delivery was to be yesterday (26/8) or today. I am hoping for today, as I would like to be able to go out once delivery is complete. Despite downloading the XPD tracker app. I have at the time of typing this (11.10 27/8) no idea of when the tent will arrive. I find the app. singularly unhelpful and, given that it receives a single star rating fro around 800 responders on the Android App. site, I am not alone.....

I found initial difficulty as I found my request for a banner was dealt with more than one person who did not seem to be communicating with each other. When I did make progress the design of a simple banner seemed to be made difficult as all communication was by e-mail. A simple short telephone conversation would have been far easier. The resulting banner is excellent in the quality of reproduction and material. I mounted the banner for the choir to inspect last night at our rehearsal and to a man they were all very pleased so many thanks Gala Alan Pepper

Performance was line with promise - so well done

The flag bags are nice and fold small. They are probably a bit small for our flags...be good to have this item in more sizes.

Only had a week so cant speak long term but looks very good quality. Easy to erect and does the job.

Very well made gazebo which looks like it will last a lifetime. With four leg sandbags ( total weight 60kg ) wind not an issue. Very comforting to know that all spare are available. My review would have been five stars but the canopy has a small pinhole which I did not notice until the gazebo was erected.

Great gazebo and ready for heavy duty use. Carry bag is excellent and since buying the gazebos we realised we needed leg weights when using in breezy conditions.Very happy with this product.

We damaged a 3 way jointso phoned and ordered a replacement. The staff we great and new part was sent in 2 days, unfortunately it was slightly damagedon receit so I phoned and sent photo. No problem am now waiting for this 2nd. replacement. Service has been excellent friendly and helpful. Our Gsla Tent has bern and continues to be a great and much used outside facility.

We always buy from Gala because we know we get good service.I am still waiting for some of this order and have received no updates which is why I have marked the review down.

Brilliant Gazebo, exactly as described, went up very easily and I’m very pleased with it. Only drawback was the delivery company used.
