I bought gazebo from gala tent for my business, the delivery was super fast I got it in two days, the quality of canopy is excellent, v v easy to setup and carrier bag has enough space for the frame and canopy. Excellent replacement cover for our 3m X 3m gazebo. Much better quality than any others and the purple is gorgeous. Generous size and very easy to fit and has stood up well to all the rain and wind we had a few weeks ago. Well packaged and quick delivery. Thankyou, will be back, but not too soon I hope! I was looking for a well made gazebo saw the name n tried it the sales folk were very helpful I’ve seen them about I must say there was no bull very down to earth I’d recommend them to people although once up it will sell itself cheers KR

A delightfully designed and easy to put up gazebo which appears to be not only strong but attractive also. It feels that it would be able to weather some reasonable winds (rather than gales) as it has a substantial mass. The carrying case is on wheels which makes transport easy and also provides a pocket for other items such as pegs and lines. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought a Gala tent as I have a small craft business and attend fairs and festivals. In the past, I have 'made do' with the top end of the supermarket garden gazebos. Now that this needs replacing and I am getting more and more bookings, I knew I needed something more robust. After asking around, everyone said, 'If you can possibly afford it, go for Gala'. I decided it was worth the investment and went for it. I couldn't be happier! The tent is so solid, robust and well made and it's waterproof too! It is brilliantly easy to put up - I say brilliantly easy because the design is brilliant! From the toggle at the top to the steel feet at the bottom, everything has been well thought out. Just brilliant!Oh, and I mustn't forget to mention that the carry bags are generously sized so you don't get that awful fight at the end when you are tired and just want to go home, but nothing will fit back in the bag. Can't recommend highly enough. If you are a small business like me and a little wary because of the price (also like me), don't be! If you can possibly afford it - do it! You won't regret it.

The products themselves were fine but due to issues with the courier, the service left a bit to be desired. I ordered on a Tuesday and was impressed to get next day delivery. XPD text on the Wednesday morning to say they were delivering that day but when they did, they unfortunately failed to deliver one of the packages. In fairness to them, the paperwork the driver gave me to sign said 4 packages, which is what I received. However, I'd ordered 5 items so I just thought the remaining one was going to arrive another time so it wasn't until later that I contacted Gala Tent to find out when, using the chat function on my mobile but this was a bit glitchy - in the chat, Gala Tent said they'd get in touch with the courier and get back to me but I didn't hear anything. Maybe that was due to the glitchy chat? The following day (Thursday) XPD text to say they were delivering it but it didn't arrive so having allowed the full day for it to arrive, by the time I tried to contact Gala Tent they had closed for the day so I requested a call back. Friday morning XPD text to say they'd be delivering.... The Gala Tent customer service lady (sorry I didn't make note of her name) rang me at 11:30 that morning. I said I needed the items in the package for the following day and she said she'd contact XPD and get back to me but again, I had no reply. XPD finally delivered it on the Monday, with no text prior! It won't stop me ordering from Gala Tent again, but if in the future I order multiple items, I'll be sure to make the courier double check that they really have delivered all the items before they go to their next delivery.

Delighted with our new Gala tent. Very strong and sturdy compared with cheaper models we have bought previously. Ideal for giving us more protected outside space.
