Good quality and very quick delivery service

I can't recommend Gala Tent enough. I needed to replace my gazebo for our regular markets after my cheap occasional use one was destroyed after a huge gust of wind took it away. Gala were able to turn around my order including a custom printed banner in less than 2 weeks. I was a bit nervous about putting it up the first time, as it was at a market the day after I collected it. I really needn't have worried as it was pretty easy to put up and has only gone up quicker the next few times.Everything about my gazebo is great, the zipable sides reduce the amount of wind coming through and the frame construction and weight means I don't have to worry about losing my new gazebo, obviously you still need weights but I can't emphasise how much sturdier this product is compared to gazebo's you can buy at DIY stores/catalogue shops etc.I'd highly recommend the wheely bag as an option.

I recently ordered some replacement parts for what I believed to be a Gala tent gazebo. The parts arrived very quickly but unfortunately we’re not suitable (completely my error) so I called to arrange a return of goods.From start to finish this company dealt with me in a very efficient and polite way and couldn’t have made it any easier. Alternative I haven’t used the tent yet I want to say that when we called in to Gala the gentleman who helped us with our purchase was both helpful and knowledgeable. He told what was best for us and our needs. No flannel. Good experience

You get what you pay for!! After a disaster with a different company and far inferior product, I phoned Gala and how glad was I! Not just for the ease of ordering but such a wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful guy!! There were some additions needed that I had not considered and I have no doubt he dreams about gazebos in his sleep!! The gazebo is heavy! (Delivered on a pallet!) substantially packed so perfect!! It is easy to erect and so solid and withstood the rigours of our climate until gale force winds were forecast in early December and thought it prudent to take down!! It has been great for enabling outside gatherings during the big C!! Don’t hesitate to buy!! ????
