From my initial enquiry to delivery the customer service was excellent and as for the Gazebo !!! It’s a beast the Hex 60 Pro is a seriously robust bit of kit unbelievable value for money.
Sales and delivery were very efficient and a helpful team.Our only comments from our installation team was that some of the eye nuts were not of a fantastic quality so we purchased some to get the tent erected. Also an update to the instructions regarding the direction the bolts need to be inserted would be helpful. This is my first review foe Gala Tent. However I have purchased from them before for my events company.I am always buying parts for marquees. This time I bought 2m side panels. The quality of the PE plastic is really great, does not dissapoint. I will be adding more reviews for the whole marquees as I buy more. But to sum it up.
