The product itself is good but with the Pro 50 the fact that you can only have a bag with wheels is detrimental as none of our team likes the design as the frames keep on slipping of the metal base when being wheeled.

Good solid tent. Only thing that needs improvement is the rubbish pegs provided, too small for this tent.

A very strong product which unlike many others will withstand bad weather. Quite difficult at first to raise the supports into place on the pro product but managed it with more help. Something you can leave out for a long period if properly secured.

Gala personal great, product very well packaged, pleased with the overall quality and strength of product the down side is the instructions a little word explanation for certain areas would make construction much easier.2 of the wall sheet hanging cables were not long enough to connect so had to make extra parts and we still have some clamps not used and not mentioned in the instructions, but now it is erected very pleased with product.

I purchased a Gala Shade Pro MX gazebo May of 2016 and the frame is still going strong. An excellent product.However the canopies one seems to last a maximum of 4 seasons.I am now on my 3rd canopy and at over £100 pounds a time I find it expensive.Gala recommend spraying with Fabsil which I did twice on canopy number 2 but it still only lasted 4 seasons before becoming so brittle it tears in many places not just the stress points.I highly recommend their gazebo frames. Very well made and quality spares are easily available from Gala. The canopies??I have continued to purchase my canopies from Gala as I know what I'm getting. Cheaper canopies can be found but are they waterproof, robust, well made and will they fit?

Easy to contact. A little mix up with the original order but I have to say their customer service was exceptional. It’s not what goes wrong but how the matter is dealt with after …on that this company scores 100% well done Galla Tents ????

Good quality but still waiting for the bar that goes in the half wall. Also wasn't overly impressed with the designers.

Gala are normally our go to supplier for all things gazebo, however I was really disappointed after I placed an order on the Tuesday for something I needed by the weekend and was told it would be with me on Wednesday... great service, however I was going to be out all day Wednesday and asked for it to be delivered Thursday. It never arrived so on Friday I phoned and was told it hadn't left the warehouse yet ! I explained I needed it by Sunday but was sympathetically told it would be Monday 'Is that alright?' Well it had to be!Not impressed.

The qauilty of the gazebo is great. Painting is great. After care is bad and is they haven't got something is stock they will tell you a day it will be but don't expect it to be on that day. They said 1 week first wait when I paid. Now it's a 3 month wait. And all they can say is it's not down to them. And sorry
