Our 5 year old Gala Gazebo suffered a leg collapse during very high winds. I contacted Gala the next day, identified what I thought was the correct replacement. Called Gala to confirm it was right. Very helpful on the phone. Order placed and delivered within 3 days! First class service and the replacement leg was inexpensive but a quality product.
Caught out by the wind at an event which snapped 2 legs and the centre post.We ordered the replacement parts and they arrived 2 days later.With an Allen key and 15 mins all parts were replaced and used our gala tent the next day, looking like new again.Fantastic product and service.
