Just what I was looking for! Arrived very quickly but I am going to have to paint the weights to prevent rust marking the gazebo curtains but not too big a problem.

4 stars for the pop up gazebo - it is really good quality, well made. 0 stars for the delivery which was utterly shambolic, 2 weeks not overnight. As the customer I spent 8 hours on the phone trying to understand what was happening between Gala Tent and TNT. It was eventual delivered at a time I specially asked for it not to arrive. A week later I am still awaiting a response from Gala Tent.

Really good quality product easy to assemble only 4 stars as I raised a question about assembly and was advised a specialist team would reply but 9 days later still no reply

The best Tent that I have ever brought also so many people also think so.

Looks very robust and OK but as we are still awaiting the sides to arrive cannot really fully comment. Service was good.

Received my gala tent not quite the day after as advertised but it arrived erected a week late at home in preparation for future use at trackdays.First impressions were good quality very well packed in its own storage bags which are strong with quality zips, needed two people to erect but went up no problem and the canopy fitted perfectly as did the side walls.Yeah so first impression great product ????My only issue was when I ordered the gutter accessory I was wasn’t informed that it works between two tents as I only purchased the one!!!I feel It should have been mentioned on ordering how the gutter system works!!

I cannot fault the quality of the frame and cover,my only reason for 4 stars was the extras as in the bag and tie down kit l think an all inclusive price of £165 would be fair. I had a problem with the bag and l can only praise your customer service employee Julie for her helpful and speedy resolution of this matter. I also wanted to buy local and have recommended this to my brother who is looking to purchase a gazebo.

placed the order on the day and it arrive the following day, very happy with my new marquee, very strong material and i hope this will last for many years. just thinking if this item is available in other colours, very easy to assemble, you need at least two body to set it up,

Unusual way of pricing rather than letting me buy 36 at the equivalent price of 10, I had to buy 3 lots of 10 and 1 lot of 6. They are concrete blocks so a couple have been slightly damaged but I guess they will get damaged when in use anyway. Overall happy with my purchase.
