I have had a PRO50 Gazebo and various add ons for a few years and needed some parts. I also had a slight issue with one side of a banner wrap. On ordering a new gazebo cover i found a defect with the new cover that wasnt a major issue more an annoyance for me, but it was dealt with straight away with no issues atall, thats why i always use gala.
The Galla products i have purchase.Have been of good quality and look the part when in use.We do a few events using the gala gazeboes and the public enquire were we got them.They are easy to erect on hard surface or grass.Ours has been used in alsorts of weather conditions.I would suggest if you are considering a gala tent i would go for it.Gala tents staff are also very good at helping you choose to correct unit for your purpose.Good luck with your purchase.
