Fantastic gazebo. Really pleased with it. Strong frame and easy to put up (with a bit of elbow grease). Would be 5* but next day delivery day was missed.

Good sturdy gazebo- nice colour and overall pleased. A little difficult to erect as it’s very stiff in its folded state.

I can only comment on the service as not built yet. I ordered to increase my outdoor seating for my pub, unfortunately we had to close 2 days after delivery due to 3 tier restrictions. I was initially looking between 2 companies to order from. I tried to call the other company. No response. When I called Gala, the gent I spoke to answered all questions, and remained very patient and understanding. The marquee I wanted was out of stock, if it hadn't been for the gent I spoke too I probably would have ordered from other company as not out of stock. Yet sometimes that personnel touch goes a long way. I ordered with him, I'm now just hoping the quality of marquee is as good as the guys they employ.

I had a few issues with the first gazebo I ordered, it was far to heavy, note to anyone ordering check how heavy they are. I picked a replacement up, not as heavy, sturdy frame, the canvas fits well. Like the Velcro to secure the sides to the roof and the skirt to deflect water round the bottom. Hopefully will last a long time.

Good communication by telephone and delivery as per schedule with no problems. Bought second highest grade of commercial for beer garden use and will fulfill all our needs.

A very well made Gazebo, deserving of 5 stars, but the instructions were confusing and seemed as if they were written by a foreign language speaker. For such a good product a better set of instructions is needed. Definitely needs two people to erect it, not two over 70's as we are! But we managed. Look forward to many outdoor meetings under its protection.

After a hiccup with my first order when I gave a lower rating, I'm pleased to say I have now used the replacement gazebo. It's not as heavy as the original one, note to everyone read the small print re weight. It's not easy trying to put up on my own, but once its up its strong, the velcro sides to roof make it secure and the skirt deflects the water at the bottom. Wasn't cheap, but hopefully good quality it will last longer than cheaper ones.

Great product but was unhappy to receive sales calls from a sister company afterwards when you passed on my personal details to them! Trying to sell me credit card terminal machine? This will make me consider if I will use you again!

Good quality tent has stood up to a few storms so far.

Works very well. Only thing to complain about are the sand bags provided. Velcro tabs very poor quality. Come apart very easily. Bags are not heavy enough to cope with high winds. Purchased double bags with superior velcro fastenings, and they work a treat. Apart from the bags, a very good purchase
