An absolutely amazing service. We were opening in 36 hours and realised our plan wasn't working and so we needed some Gazebo's to bail us out.We ordered at just gone 1pm and we had them the following morning pre-10am. We had a phone call from Gala confirming they were on the way minutes after we placed the order.The actual gazebos are excellent quality and easy to put up (we haven't had to put them down yet!, but they look easy to put down too).Brilliant Service and QualityDan

We purchased the Gala tent 3mx4.5m in white for our garden birthday party due to take place in August 2020, we have recently put the Tent up to test it out and ensue all parts were there, we were extremely happy with the quality and simplicity of putting it up,It is a beautiful good quality British product and I’m really positive we will have an amazing birthday party using it, would definitely recommend this company to people.

Have the 3m x 6m Pro40 gazebo. Purchased about 4 weeks ago and has been in constant use since it arrived. In the sun, driving rain and howling winds it has stood firm and has kept us shaded or bone dry as required. I chose Gala because it is a beautifully engineered piece of kit and people who have seen it are genuinely impressed. I must also thank the wonderful Julie in customer support. The courier decided to split the four boxes that were sent out by Gala into separate deliveries and lost the box containing the side walls. Julie sorted out the problem for me so that I didn't have to do a thing.I'd recommend Gala Tents, their products and their service to everybody.

Wasn’t expecting to much for price but boy was I surprised at just how for the entry level gazebo how well made and amazingly thought out the design and quality of materials are this is like a gazebo of twice the price and I love it it looks like it could withstand a gale force storm it’s amazing for price would highly recommend you buy one don’t water money anywhere else in a cheap one that rips by just touching it you’ll be so impressed with quality

Super quality, although the instructions could be clearer. I’m very impressed with the sturdiness and now think I can leave it up throughout lockdown without any concerns. It’s a shame it doesn’t come in different colours but I have no complaints with the product now that it’s up. I did make some incorrect decisions because the instruction diagrams were for a different sized tent to the one I purchased. The process of erection is the same however. It wasn’t clear that poles needed to be pushed fully in to the brackets especially when holes had been machined in, presumably, specific places. Once I’d tried to fit the tarpaulin over the (too large) frame however it soon became clear that I needed to push the rods home at each connection. Very delighted and hopeful that this is an example of what we can now expect from British made products.

I am extremely happy with my purchase, having bought a low quality gazebo recently, I decided to buy a Gaka tent 3x3 with sides .Absolutely amazing quality.
