Have used Gala Tents for some time .Bought the more expensive PVC 4x12m arrived the next day as promised. It comes as 2x 4mx6m but only enough fixings for one! Rang Gala who sorted the problem by sending me the second box the next working day, no fuss. We leave our tent up over the winter and am hoping the PVC one will last longer than the PE which has lasted some two years of constant weather. Just about to order some heaters ready for winter>

We have a pub and restaurant with a great garden and plenty of space inside. Then Covid came and the rain. Everyone ran inside and had nowhere to sit inside. Gala came up with a solution to provide 4 gazebo’s. Our customers love the outside space. We have now ordered side walls from Gala as our customers prefer sitting outside rather than inside. Our Gazebo arrived the next day . Due to ill health we have not been able to erect it but hopefully later this week we'll have our new Gazebo in place. Staff at Gala Tent were extremely helpful and friendly anytime we phoned or emailed for more information. I'll post again once we are using our new Gazebo.

Excellent quality and very robust. Videos for construction are also helpful. Had to contend with a full gale about a week after I put it up and no problems. Just be aware it needs decent tie downs to cope with that kind of weather. I used 3' long steel stakes driven 2 1/2 ' into the ground at an angle with ratchet straps and there were no problems. Only reason for 4 stars was the delivery charge to the Islands. Other manufacturers can deliver free of charge or at the same price as for the rest of the UK. Other than that, 5 stars.

Great product ,work a treat as they are quality and well made ,do not waste your money on cheaper amazon or eBay versions as I did originally only to send them back
