As always a great experience of professional advice and service. I needed to replace a pop up cover after a good few years of use. I ordered around lunchtime, and to my delight the replacement arrived first thing the next morning.

From my initial enquiry to delivery the customer service was excellent and as for the Gazebo !!! It’s a beast the Hex 60 Pro is a seriously robust bit of kit unbelievable value for money.

Perfect service and delivery of spare parts

We bought our original gazebo a few years back - it's done good service since. However, the carry case has suffered some serious abuse whilst doing a fine job of protecting the gazebo itself. It was time to replace it. With some quick cross-referencing of Gala Tent products we identified the correct one and placed our order. It arrived quickly and well-packaged. I was pleased to note a couple of design tweaks and hope this replacement will last longer with some extra care from us! One recommendation: the base plate is reinforced (ours eventually split). We have been pleased with the service and overall quality of our Gala purchases.

It's very compact, but it takes a while to open it.

Easy and fast to erect this two man tent. As I always do when buying a tent I go for an extra man so if buying for two people I would recommend buying a three man at least. It gives room for your kit.

I ordered a replacement for our 3m x 6m Gala Pro Gazebo Canopy because after six years of Scottish winters it finally could not be patched any more. The gazebo has been great, the canopy and sides are great quality, waterproof and integrate well with gazebo frame. Good value for the money.

Our 5 year old Gala Gazebo suffered a leg collapse during very high winds. I contacted Gala the next day, identified what I thought was the correct replacement. Called Gala to confirm it was right. Very helpful on the phone. Order placed and delivered within 3 days! First class service and the replacement leg was inexpensive but a quality product.

This was my second Gala Tent I have purchased. It was not that my existing was worn out or faulty (it's over 10 years old) but I needed this extra tent to support a garden party that I was hosting and needed the extra cover for all the people coming. These gents are well made and very long lasting. They are easy to put up following the excellent instructions. Fast delivery and arrived in different boxes for frame and covers. I would recommend these without hesitation.

I’ve been using the gala tents for over 5yrs now. I have just ordered a new gazebo cover, I have gone for the off the shelf colour in the hope that UV doesn’t affect the cover in the same way as the total print, when the cover is on the outside? I have always been happy with the quality as it can be set up in extreme winds, any thing above 40mm and it’s consider taking down. Which isn’t as difficult if you release tension and remove the corner Velcro. Monitoring the connecting parts is straight forward, doing this as you set up.

We recently had damage to our Gala gazebo and needed replacement poles quickly. Gala had them to us within 2 days. Excellent service from Mark at Gala!
