It’s such a shock these days to receive high quality carefully made items. It shouldn’t be but sadly it is. Everything about this company is excellent. This order was an add-on to an existing 3m x3m gala tent purchased a few years ago. I assumed the velcro on the tent would be used for this purpose. Evidently not, special bars are needed and the velcro is only used for the full size side panels. My question is to the design guys ;-that given the half panels are lightweight, why cant you adapt the half panls to accept the velcro on them?My order was returned successfully and the customer care response was brilliant, so thanks to them for that.The tent is outstanding and has stood the test of time, highly recommended.

I needed to replace my battered roof on my gazebo. The replacement has the velcro for the sides and was great quality. It was also good value.
