It is my fault for not having taken the weight into account. Alas, my wife and I find it too heavy to move - combined ages of of 165 - and therefore almost certainly have to sell. Error to buy over internet without viewing, but gala have no retailers.

Great product & love my Gala tent. However, shipping of the small gutter infill was expensive for such a small extra item. Would have been happy with Royal Mail but not given the option.

Helpful and informative sales person.. Chose the right product with help for my application.Easy to erect (quite a few parts though, but uncomplicated) Robust with its ground bars and my 3m x 2m takes around 15mins to put up with organized practice...

The tent pegs were fine and the service was good. The only down side is the cost of the courier . £7.95 for 4 tent pegs is well over what it would have been if they had been sent by post instead of courier.

Bought some SwissTrax tiles, fabulous product and very easy to lay. First time the tiles were delivered in the wrong colour, but this was dealt with ok and corrected within about a week. I’d buy again from Gala.

Delivery was nightmare, didnt have pallet forks, didnt knock on door to check anyone was there, ended up dealing with office and delivery office and helping to offload by hand. First tent checked and ok all boxes seem ok for second. Only comment so far why do you label a b c More logical labelling would be L = legs R= rafters A=appex g= ground plain.?

Fast delivery and good quality product. Fairly easy to set up and robust in use. Well pleased.

I have not had a chance to use the gazebo as yet but the quality seems excellent. The only fault I had with the service was that I was not informed that the model I ordered was not in stock. This meant that it didn't arrive in time and I was unable to use it for the event I had ordered it for. Had I been told of the delay in delivery, I would have saved my money and ordered the gazebo this year instead.

Gala look good on line. They are. I was torn between a few options as we all do when looking at buying on line. Quality GOOD. Number of bolts and ties was lacking, PLEASE put in a few spares as an exact number feels penny pinching and we lost a few in the mud. Overall YES, a company you can trust (and call if stuck) who do sell good kit.
