Brilliant. Used a gala tent to replace failing gazebos which we were using over our hot tub area. We now have a lovely shelter which we’re using more like a conservatory! Great to have a lovely outdoor space. Initially had an issue with leaky seems but that seems to have resolved itself as the canvas has settled. No flapping like gazebos. Feels like an outdoor room.
WE DO NOT LIKE THE ROPING UP OF THE SIDES WE LIKED THE ZIPS AND THE VELCRO PICKS UP THE GRASS WHEN DOING THE STEAM FAIRS THE MATERIAL OF THE MARQUEE IS FIRST CLASS
The product as always has been brilliant but the customer service on this occasion has been very poor. We ended up having to drive to Doncaster to collect our tent as they failed to deliver within the agreed time to us. I have since tried to make a complaint however get no reply to my emails. An unhappy return customer.
