Purchased a repair patch which was too small,pity they don't come in different sizes

The 3mx3m Gala Shade Pro 40 is a sturdy product and the logo printing looks great. Very helpful discussions with your staff to get exactly what we wanted. Excellent customer service. The only draw back was two holes in the ground bars were drilled on the incorrect side but easily remedied.

Good quality tent and good instructions and all the bits were there what more could I need.

Am happy now have my gala tent now I have it.Problem was with the delivery company, I was told it would arrive on a Thursday any time between 8-6pm no worries. At 4pm it hadn't arrived phoned the delivery company was told it will definitely be there today.5.30 phoned them again oh the driver ran out of time! What is that an excuse sorry no so he's gone home at 5.04 great so when was you going to let me know? Answer we wait for you to call we do not e.mail or phone you.Re booked delivery for the monday as I had to go out Friday at 12.00 so I could not be in all day.Friday 11.40 it was delivered luckley I was in the hall putting my shoes on and the door bell rang so I was at home 3 minutes later I'd have gone.Maybe better communication skills from the delivery company. I purposely did not name them in the hope that someone from gala tent will look at this and consider a different delivery company as I think it was a really bad service.

Overall the tent itself is great delivery is good , but stopped short of the five star only because verbal description was not that good , so returned a cover at my own cost to get a better one

We have one of the original Gala Shade Pro gazebos (still going strong if a bit dirty), and a Gala Tent Marquee. The service from Gala Tent is superb (always has been), and goods arrived next day. Time will tell - this Gala Shade frame does not feels as sturdy as the old one, and the fabric not so heavy duty (you'd be hard pushed to tear the old one - not so sure about this).

The customer care was nice and willing to solve the problem with the broken part. The only issue I had was that it took almost 3 weeks for the part to arrive, but it might have been a delivery problem and not Gala Tent fault.Their online support is really nice and I always managed to speak with someone which I also think is really good.Overall... A good service and good quality products.

It look a little while to assemble the side walls. Overall very please with the purchase and it suited our clients needs. Very prompt service and dispatch of goods within the time frame promised.

Very strong fit for purpose

Used the 2 marquees together for the first time this Bank Holiday weekend. Apart from 2 minor faults, everything went fine. Excellent quality materials used and all fitted nicely. Everyone commented how much better they were than our previous ones.

You get what you pay for. First class product with next day delivery. Once received and erected decided to purchase leg weights to compliment the gazebo but told only blue could be supplied due to a management decision. Had to go online to another supplier to get a full set of green leg weights hence the 4 stars.

GENERALLY EASYTO ASSEMBLE. HAD A PROBLEM TRYING TO PUT THE SIDE WALLS ON INITIALLY. OVERALL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

Thanks for good service as always.Your packaging is not up to standard. Box with 4 chairs arrived in poor condition. Delivery of similar sized items from other companies have been packed much more securely. No improvement since last year.

The changes we made to the design were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The revised quotes based on our design changes were provided promptly and there were no issues dealing with Gala Tent. The gazebos arrived quickly and in time for our event. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that the design is such that there is a bit of a gap when trying to join two together. It would be useful to have a storage bag for the gazebo sides and instructions on how to fold away the canopy and sides. We are also concerned that folding the canopy too tightly will damage the printed logo.
