Bought this to replace an old PE gazebo that was showing it's age (ie; it was leaking) Service from the sales team member I spoke to was very good and delivery was prompt.Quality of product was also very good and it was easy to assemble in my own Don't tell the H & S zealots though),Only negative: not keen on the Velcro and drawstring fixing method. I prefer the zips as in my original marquee. That however is just my opinion and others are free to disagree. Overall, I would recommend this type of marquee as a good purchase.

Disappointed that there no instructions provided (had to contact company for these) but the product has proved very useful.

Replacement side, front and back panels for 4m tent. Good price, good quality product. Fast delivery.The 4 star instead of 5 was for the difficulty of site navigation.

Excellent four star service and very swift delivery.

Very happy now erected but found the way the sheeting was packaged very difficult to manage.The roof (3x12M) was wrapped in a way that made it difficult to open up to put on the frame. It will be taken off by rolling from one end and this is how it should be wrapped on delivery. Similarly side panels are wrapped in pairs making opening up more difficult.

Purchased pop up gazebo to replace one purchased over 10 years ago from Argos.Gala gazebo frame is well made but the quality is in the price and only time will tell on the fabrick. Sales team very good and gave very good advice with next day delivery.Later tried to order leg weights in GREEN to go with my gazebo but in formed they only make BLUE hence the 4 star rating. Now trawling the internet to purchase green leg weights.

The 3 by 4 m tent is a good design, but with everything holding together well. The only design fault are the lower rails connecting the uprights: they need spring loaded clips or the wingnut design that the other parts have.

Great customer service, friendly and you can always get through. The gazebo is good quality and easy to pu up and take down. Can do it with two people no problem. Thanks Gala tent!

Fits fine

Took more time than expected as was a 18mX9m Marquee but a great product when finished. The team were helpful if we had any issues and sent spares when needed

Erected for the first time since purchase...Superbly manufactured Marquee... We opted for the 'Non Gala Party Tent'.. which is better built with the extra bracing poles in the roof.. and the ground bars which makes the tent more robust at ground level...Took a bit of working out but if you follow the instructions to the letter not a problem..Little tip = connect the end panels before raisin the roof on the side poles, bit high and awkward if you don`t and do not have a ladder..We learnt the hard way..My only criticism is=After you have mastered erecting for the first time and before taking apart.... Colour code the poles with different colour insulating tape for the next time you put it up... The plastic paper codes that come with the Marquee are situated on the part that is inserted into the next piece and consequently get rubbed off..Other than that Superb..

Again GALA TENT have come up trumps with the correct items at a fair price and with prompt delivery. Would that other email sourced transactions were so efficient then one could have greater confidence in this form of business. Well done Gala Tents.
