Our Parish Council owns two Gala Tents, and a recent stock check showed that we were missing a corner joint. As they are interchangeable we probably 'robbed Peter to pay Paul' previously and needed to get both tents back to full readiness. This is not the first time Gala Tents have obliged us. In response to an email they soon called back and advised us of availability and cost. It was speedily dispatched, and all at a sensible price. The only slight criticism was the courier used insisted on it being signed for (not left in safe place or with neighbour) which itself caused a small delay.

Great Product . the original frames is sound after 5 years its just the local cats love Gala tents Gazebo Roofs .

Easy to order and the goods were correct on delivery. However dispatch was inexplicably delayed, which was not a problem for us but could have been for someone else.

The website was a minefield, it kept going back to the same page. finding the 'shop' section failed. But 'contact' worked and the chap on the phone was excellent.

The Quality of the marquees are in my eyes simply the best on the market, every detail from the material used, down to the nuts used to secure poles together have clearly all been designed to be the strongest and most secure.Overall I would now never look back! Gala all the way!

Excellent product, super fast delivery too!

Excellent lights - slight issue with running them off an inverter and 12v battery - in that they flash around once a second on and off - however- this can be fixed by replacing 2 of the bulbs with 2 dimmable 3w led bulbs - then no flashing! Work fine off mains - just wanted to take them camping - as may others
