The quality of all parts is excellent. The marquee is strong and sturdy and very 'fit for purpose'.Minor niggles are :-- there were no spare wing-bolts (things easily lost in grass)- there were not enough toggle ties- the zipped up panels at the corners had to be pulled up well off the ground for the corner flaps to be hooked to the bottoms of the corner poles (perhaps the instructions on this are rather sketchy ?)Overall - good value for money'

I was pleased to be offered a modest discount as the purchase was for our Guide Dogs for the Blind gazebo. TNT, however, did not initially leave the parcels in our absence, as requested. A form was provided for me to sign and leave outside the following day when delivery was made.

I did have an issue with the canopy I purchased in 2015 but Gala contacted me to help and helped resolved it quickly

Product is easy to erect and store - perhaps a better instruction is required that the top canopy is to be removed would be good rather than a note in 'Hints and Tips' as this is vital in keeping the canopy in good condition.

Good value marquee. Easy to errect although estimated errection time ambitious. Only problem experienced was that some grub screws wouldn't screw in. Great telephone sales service. Would fully recommend.

Very helpful member of staff - Lee. very knowledgeable and made the purchase a pleasure. Disappointed at stock availability and choice. I couldn't purchase the side walls I wanted. Product is great quality, well made and easy to erect. I would recommend the product.

The tent parts came and we fitted them without any trouble.

I found the website description of the item misleading, hence I ordered in error as the delivered item wasn't what I was expecting. However, the service was superb and my refund was dealt with courteously and promptly.
