I purchased a Gala Marquee for use at outside events having had 2 cheap gazebos destroyed by wind after a couple of outings. The Gala product is far superior and although rather bulky to transport is a proper job, can be secured against weather and looks professional. It takes a while to put up but will get faster with more practice. In all it seems a good product at a fair price.

Perfect apart from the misleading '2 people in 2 minutes'.

Marquee chandeliers are great, but the instructions on assembly could be greatly improved on.

After speaking to sales staff at length about the product and being told the wheels on the storage bag were suitable for use on grass I was disappointed to find this was not really the case, even on firm dry ground with short grass the bag was unstable and hard work to control in rolling mode so only really suitable for use on hard standing. The gazebo itself was easy enough to set up and appears to quite robust and reasonable value for money on first use. The only other thing I would mention to be aware of is the sneaky and unnecessary £7.99 (per order regardless of value) packing and handling charge that gets added at the checkout.

We have two recent purchases. The first was a new 3m x 4.5m gazebo. Well made except for one fault. The four corner posts extend and are fixed by pins. One of the pins is faulty so we are not able to fix it properly. Any tips or do we have to replace the post. The second purchase was to replace a damaged roof, side panels and framework of our marquee. The delivery service was excellent. The problem is that the velcro bands which secure the tent to the side poles are not securely sewn on and are detaching themselves. Any tips about that?

Once down, the floor is good quality and offers good grip.To save time when setting up I'd recommend you join chunks of the floor together (so fewer pieces to join when the pressure's on). The floor is white, so it is going to need cleaning regularly.

tent all good and works well carry bag feet lasted not past the first use, as soon as you packed up the frame and put the canopy in the front bag the feet collapsed so you can t stand it up any more
