This is the 4th time I have purchased items from Gala and I do so because I am impressed with the quality and service, I am a market trader and the quality of the sunshade impressed me so much that I ordered another immediately. If you are looking for well made British products (rather than inferior imported goods) then you can't do any better than Gala.

Great piece of it does what it says on the tin, im sure it will pass the test of time , ive had other similar products that didnt last but this seems really solid and durable . So far so good!

Last year we purchased what we expected to be a good product at just under £120 - we were sadly mistaken & disappointed. As a small charity it was a big relief to get our money refunded. This year we had a decision: buy really cheap and replace as needed or...invest. We chose the latter and, so far, we are glad we did.The Gala Tent gazebo (complete with wheelie bag and side walls we didn't use this time around), although heavy, was quite easy to erect on its first outing, even easier to dismantle/pack away and clearly well-made.At this point we are well-pleased with our investment, looking forward to years of use (probably 3-4 outings per year). Just under £320 for a gazebo was a serious decision for us, but it looks like a good one.Just be aware that, at 34kg, the steel frame should not be handled alone - two people should lift it. Trundling along in the wheelie bag is fine, but lifting requires correct handling.

Bought 3 m pop up a few years ago, still looking good and wearing well. Returned recently to purchase a 10m & 12m marquees - good communications when things threatened to go wrong (my fault) but all efficiently sorted and safely delivered despite delivery address being blocked with builders big vehicles and equipment across the road. Good teamwork between courier driver and builders! Used all Gala tents at weekend for our charity event - volunteers very pleased with them, especially as no one had to hold onto them in case they collapsed or blew away!
