I've been watching 'Flog It' on TV and the host always says QUALITY SELLS... That also seems to be the way Gala operate and I can't fault them for that. I was looking for a 6x10 metre marquee and after researching ended up comparing Gala with House of Tents. I did this because House of Tents seems to be highest up on Google search. Although Gala is ls slightly lower on the list I have had direct experience of them when putting up their Scout marquees that were borrowed for a school fête. I was very impressed how sturdy they are. I also noted that Gala also have a massive advantage over all their competitors on Trustpilot I rang both companies for information and when I asked about the thickness of the steel poles Gala had all the information to hand and went above and beyond with illustrating the quality of their product. House of Tents didn't have all the information and wanted to refer my questions to another department via email. That made me very wary, especially as House of Tents is German and normally you'd expect to see that attention to detail. If you sell structures that are predominantly poles then you surely would advertise their thickness unless it wasn't sufficient. That's my opinion.I could have bought the marquee slightly cheaper with House of Tents but decided to go with Gala and couldn't be happier. I bought the marquee, ground bars and tension straps. It is so solid when it's It fully built. It has been up for nearly a month and I took it down today. That's the reason I have waited till now to review.Everything is still perfect. Not a bend in sight. I wasn't worried anyway because I can always buy spares. Just make sure you have a minimum of 4 people putting it up. I reckon struggling to put it up can damage it more than the weather!I had a small problem with two of the joints. They both had a single bolt that was threaded but this didn't stop me from building the frame or affect its integrity. I built the frame before I got the new parts. I already have replacements ready for the next time I build it. I would advise putting the bolts in the joints on receipt of the order as soon as you receive the order. Just in case anything needs sorting. I'd highly recommend Gala tent. Talk to them if you're in two minds. I spent a bit more and now I have a marquee back in the garage that I can (hopefully) use for years to come.

Strong waterproof solution. Previously used gazebos with were prone to breakage. These Galla tents are more expensive but are a long term solution. Good service and great communications

I cannot really review a spares order but the frame part was easy to fit and the replacement carry bag is fine!

I was looking to buy for a Marque for a charity event in the garden. I was recommended Gala Tents by a friend who had previously bought one. I was glad I did !.The sales team were great and suggested that I buy a 12 Metre Marque which can be converted into two 6 Metre if required. The ordering was straight forward and was delivered to me next day. No problems erecting the Marque, the instructions were very good, tough we needed 6 people to put it up.The day went great even though the weather was not great and we raised over a £1000 for prostate cancer.

Having only just purchased what was advertised as a 'Commercial' gazebo we went on a long learning journey.. Our gazebo is used to attend events such as fetes, craft fayres and hopefully markets soon. Now this is probably my own ignorance having never been asked previously for proof of 'Fire Retardant' gazebo. I went back to the supplier i had just purchased from (had only used it once) and was told no it is not sold as fire retardant and hardly any events ask for this anyway so it's fine. Further research and I certainly found out this seller's information they had provided was WRONG. I called a few companies seeking advice and quotes. Gala was obviously up on my list as I was aware of their marquees but had never looked at their gazebos. I spoke with a wonderful advisor called Chris. He was very clear and very knowledgeable. There was no fancy jargon involved to 'BIG' their products up. No hard sell (I had felt a bit of that from others) just clear straightforward facts and advice. The whole conversation and suubsequent emails etc, made it a pleasure to deal with him and the company. We left it over the weekend to decide exactly what accessories we would need and then placed the order by phone (So I could once again thank Chris for his help).. Our whole order arrived the next day, Gala Pro 50 3x3mtr with additional groundbars, full sidewall set and an additionol door wall (there is a plan for that one at one particular event we are booked in to). Oh and a heavy duty wheeled bag ! Having unpackaged it all the bag is a MUST.... this is a very heavy and sturdy gazebo and the bag makes it far easier to move. The bag design all though I was confused when I first looked at it is ingenious and makes getting this heavy frame loaded in to it so very easy. Although the gazebo has not been used at an event as of yet we have popped it up once in the garden. A few practise runs are going to be needed to get the 'Knack' of putting it up right. I have to say though you certainly pay for what you get. It might not be the cheapest but is far superior in design and construction to any others I have seen at events and worth every penny in my view. In fact I will be calling Chris again this week as I have now decided on getting a printed wrap a round banner too. In all honesty if you are toying with the idea of whether to or not I would say do it. You will not be disappointed in the service the product or the speed of delivery.

Five star experience. Customer service superb, very responsive and happily made adjustments to my order to suit my needs. Gazebo is incredibly sturdy, well made, and came in great carry cases. Assembling and dismantling the gazebo is a breeze, I can do it by myself but its much easier with a second person. Print quality on the cover is superb and the printing team ensured my design was the correct resolution before sending off to print. I highly encourage anyone who wants a top-line gazebo to do so with Gala Tent!
