great product with great service

Ordering over the phone was so quick and easy, with a very secure payment method rather than giving card details over the phone. It was a simple process and the person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. We have had a 'practice run' prior to our big event and everything was intact and complete and the party tent is of excellent quality, was well packaged and arrived on the advised day. Unfortunately we were unable to track the delivery as TNT had problems with their website but that was a minor problem and nothing to do with Gala Tent. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience, thank you.

Have had my trusty 12m x 6m Party Tent for nearly 4 years. Only needed spare parts after mending it to a friend. Tent was up for 6 months even during the gales in early 2017 with some extra tethering. Would highly recommend GalaTent.co.uk and their products.

Superb quality and easy to assemble. We have several of these tents which are used for village events and they have lasted for many years. Service is first class.

I bougth the 3m x 3m Marquee for the back garden and with the price was sceptical of the quality. I shouldn't have worried. The manufacture and design are probably 2nd to none, the frame is really sturdy and the PVC cover and curtains made from high weight material. The curtains zip together in the corner to keep out the wind and hold the structure together. If you aren't sure about buying a Gala tent you shouldn't worry. I would recommend one to any person asking. Built it on my own too, apart from assembling the last two corner post. Less than 2 hours and it was up and then down came the rain, but hey! I was under shelter....ATF - Staffordshire

this is the seventh tent I have bought from gala, they are erected permanently, as usual they are excellent quality and he staff are very helpful when you require assistance

5* for the Gazebo 3* for the carry bag. This is our 4th Gala Gazebo and the bottom of the bag is not strong enough.
